Amazed! Great customer service..salesman was courteous and very helpful! I will admit I was just looking for a possible truck after extensive research and searching online (nothing beats seeing the vehicle in person). Being a woman, I have had some prior bad experiences at other dealerships when approached by sales person. Yet BUTLER TOYOTA changed everything: superb honest salesman and finance dept...I ended up purchasing this truck...fits all my needs! AlSO I cannot forget to mention the financial person, he knows who he is (hoping he got his son’s football equipment to game in time), who helped me through the maze of understanding warranties, payments, and such that would drive most insane! Thank you for your help.. Thank you Butler Toyota for a great “new to me” vehicle buying experience!

The car price was good, I did not like sales tactics, holding on to my car keys to my trade, low balling on my trade at first, sales manager made the comment that he didn't have to come out and talk with me; as if he was doing me a favor. As we were doing the paperwork to buy the car; found out car only had one key, and if I wanted second key it would cost $300-$400, that's on top of $599.00 dealer fee, I normally won't trade with someone that charges dealer fees, but car was priced well.

They did respond quickly to my request for information but then sold the truck to someone else without letting me know it was ready to be sold. Said they would sent a video of the truck when it was ready to be sold-never did that.

I tested drive the car and like it . The process of the buying this car took 2 hrs. Which I thought it was good. However the promise picking the car up was another story . There were a few things this car needed to be fixed . They couldn't 't come up with the date line so I had to wait for another week to pick the car up , disappointed !

The ad specifically said the van included the Auto Access Seat and it doesn't have it. Wasted quite of bit of my time trying to speak with someone at the dealership ... only to learn it did not have the feature that was specifically stated.

called about the car and asked if it was 4wd. They said it was so I drove 80 miles to check it out. NOT 4 wd drive so I wasted a trip. Make sure the salesperson has knowledge of the car and not just looking at their fact sheet. Otherwise pleasant experience.

Reasonable pricing - still asking at or above retail cost for most vehicles, may be able or willing to deal somewhat. Do the research first; the dealerships will try to start out at the retail price.
