I was e-mailed back pretty quickly with an option to respond by e-mail or to call the dealership directly. I have had pretty bad experiences with dealers before, and I prefer not to talk on the phone or in person until I have done my initial research on the car and then the dealer, as well as how the tone they set during the initial contact or no response at all. To put it quite simply, I was given clear complete information at every step of the process. The salesman was prompt in responding, and I was impressed and would recommend

The price on the car is way to high. According to the carfax the vehicle has been in an accident. Also with the amount of mileage it should be priced at least 3k less than the listed price!

Just terrible. After asking for the price 4x, given the run around, and letting them know they just lost the sale, they finally revealed a price. 29k for a 4 year old car. Just bought same exact model brand new elsewhere for 6k more (will gladly post pic of what a good deal looks like). Don't let the "family" in. They're not welcome.

Terrible. Arrogant and starts out with an outrageously high price and then says its negotiable. Out to get as much money as they can from you . Stay away . They don't know the true maket prices and play games.

Had trouble getting straight answers prior to driving two hours. Ultimately, the car was missing cosmetic parts on the outside, paint was faded in one section, had swirl marks on the entire finish of the car; wish they would have told us that before we wasted 4 hours of driving time. Car was not worth what they were asking and they would not budge. We left.

Just left... Without a car!!! I live on the Jersey shore, I drove two hours away because we were told over the phone by Victoria The customer service chick that they can meet me at the price we wanted to pay for the car since it was priced as best offer. She said The car was originally priced in the mid-$20's (thousands), But they want it moved off the lot for an easy sale so they will take our offer at $20k, also said she didn't see a problem with giving me $4k for my trade-in and an additional $1000 off (a promotion) plus a gas card. So that's why we had drove all the way up here but..... After the test drive, finance tells us $30,000. We said no not at all and then told the sales guy everything that Victoria said and agreed to being able to get us the car for what we can afford to pay monthly. We were then told by the sales manager that customer service is not supposed to give us pricing over the phone, Because they don't have access to it and don't have the power to negotiate pricing or being able to check for possible loans (we gave her our ss#'s so we they could confirm if we could get the car at the price we wanted). So they came back with their lowest number at 27,000 with trade in, on a car that we own out right . Then they had offered to try without the trade-in and they come back with 23,000. So how can you charge me more for a trade and when I own it title in hand?? Worst car dealership ever!!

Had one conversation regarding the vehicle. Sales rep was to get additional pricing information from sales manager. (He would be my advocate. Cute) Since then, general marketing type emails from salesman. Since I receive the same one , I can only assume he does not read the response.

I was never given a price on this vehicle. They wanted me to go to the dealership and make an offer. I do not deal like that. Also, in order to see their inventory you must sign in each time. Different sales people called me each time I viewed the site. The last time I checked, the truck was not in their inventory.

I called this place half hour before I left and they said it was definitely still there when I got there they could not find the car and said it's probably at the other lot that they have down the road , so off we went down the road to the other one and when we got there there was no car so he tried to show me a 2005 which when he started I smell power steering fluid when I open the hood and power steering fluid was all over the front of the engine. I then asked, by the way how much are you asking for this car and he replied 4000 take it or leave it. I said please drive me back to my car I'm leaving it. Definitely would not recommend this place to try to get me to buy a new car which I could not afford. It was a total waste of my time thank you very much! I definitely would not recommend this place.

For this dealership I will never never ever go to again they are layers from 1 to 10 I give them1. They gave me prices by phone and email for my car cash price for a trayed on their suv and when traveled about 65 miles got to dealership I had to wait 55 min tell salesmen took care of me than he gave me a different price than they first gave me so I left and the salesmen said buy my cars in hazleton so I will very poor dealership to buy a car

Oh boy....what a story I have about this dealership. The day before we made the trip to Stoltz, we drove 3.5 hours (one way!) after speaking 6 or 7 times with "Victoria" about the car. She said they were having a HUGE SALE and that we had to get to the dealership asap as the cars were going fast!! Because we were coming from such a distance, we made an appointment with Victoria to come to see the car. When we got there, we were greeted by a wonderful receptionist, Heather. We came to find she obviously did not fit in very well there as she was the ONLY ONE who knew what she was doing. When we arrived, which was within 5 minutes of our ETA, Victoria was not to be found. She knew we were coming from a distance. She obviously had my cell phone number. Yet failed to call us and let us know she was leaving. Moreover, she didn't even leave notes stating what we had discussed and didn't even arrange to have someone else meet with us. After quite an ordeal, we met with "Josh" who was completely CLUELESS when it came to the vehicle. He even questioned whether we came to the correct dealership as initially he could not find the car on the computer!! Then he couldn't find out exactly WHERE the car was located on their sales lot!!! After an intense seach....he found the car on a lot about a mile away that housed cars that were being sold to wholesalers!!!! He drove us to the lot. By that time it was dark because it took hours just to find the car!!!!!! Josh kept asking me WHY I WANTED THIS CAR as if there was something wrong with wanting this great car!!! To cap off the horrible experience, he could not locate the keys to the car once we got to where it was parked!!!!!! So, we couldn't even open the doors or take a test drive!!!!!! We went back to the dealership and were GRILLED by the owner why we wanted this car and that we should take a look at another car!!! Needless to say, we were pissed!!!!! We left the dealership with a long 3.5 hour drive ahead of us and very unhappy. We swore that we NEVER return!! We received an apology the next day in the form of an email....not from "Victoria" or from "Josh", but from the owner. He said they located the keys and the car was being "cleaned"!!! He asked us to let him know when we were coming back!! Was he kidding??? This was no way to treat customer who came prepared with CASH to buy a car!!!

After I posted a negative review on YELP they finally contacted me to offer to sell me the car with a dollar amount. Prior to me leaving the negative review they sent a series of brief e-mails through out the entire day. I clicked the link asking for info on a specific car for more info. Email one: Who is the car for? Email two: How can I help you? Email three: That car is part of our inventory reduction sale? At that time I was looking for a car and I was running into a lot of nonsense and this appeared to be nonsense again and I did not want to deal with them because the dealership is a good distance away between 60-75 miles each way. So when they finally contacted after I made the negative review I did not want to deal with them.

These guys are the bait and switchers. Initially I talked to 3 different salesman, 2 through email and 1 on the phone. They all seemed to forget who they were talking to everyday. Finally I got fed up with even dealing with them so I stopped responding, which led to more salesman calling and emailing. I was looking for a specific car and year and I told them that and they kept trying to get me to check out other cars, finally when they let me talk about the car I wanted they asked 1k above kbb.

- drove for many in promised promos, No the giving you more for your car is a LIE, - 4 of the 5 vehicle I wanted to see and promise didn't veen exist on the lot and nothing comparable! The price was WAY over my preferred budget On the 1 car they had they promised it ws in my range! I went to see large SUVs and they had 1!! Tried to sell me. A car! Which my family won't fit in, - sales room is shady

Dealer not honest with the highest prices: I made a phone call to that dealer and we agreed that Sonata 2011 ( with 78,000 miles on clock ) was going for 12,000 $ + tax and dealer fees. I had to drive from NY City to Pennsylvania (about 2 hours) to just findout that this car was gone be sold for 18,0000 $, not 12,000$ as we had agreed over the phone a day before.( the constant value of that model is between 14,000$ nad 15,000$) It was a waste of time. At the same day ( 6 hours later ) I bought the Sonata with 45, 000 miles on clock for 13,450$ with dealer fees.
