Responsive and courteous. Only disappointment was that the car was not freshly washed when delivered, although it was overall very clean.

Dealer accepted what I thought was a clear offer but then interpreted my offer different than what I intended. There may have been an innocent mutual misunderstanding but once it was discovered the salesman was very rude and accused me of being the one who caused the problem rather than accepting that it was a mutual mistake.

Robert was great to work with. No pressure, relatively flexible. I bought the car! Jonathan delivered the car to my home in Naples from Miami. Very knowledgable about Porsche (use to work for them). Couldn't have received a better delivery had I been at a dealership! Would work with them again.

Small lot, easy to navigate. They have a few of everything and it's hard to stay focussed on the car you went there to see. Even with all of the different types of cars available, Sebastian was an expert at explpaining the features of every vehicle. A very pleasant experience.

The seamless negotiating process I had with them will encourage me to seek them out again for my next car purchase. Their entire sales team was invested in making the deal a reality. I purchase a lot of vehicles and this was the best experience I have had to date.

Great customer service. However, I was told the car was new with no dents when it came, although very unnoticeable the car had a tiny dent and three small scratches. I would have never saw them if my dad didn't point it out.

I purchased a 2009 Mercedes SL550 from Brickell Luxury Motors and I have to say they were wonderful to work with! I got everything I asked for and then some! The entire process was a breeze, Scott Comora was my salesperson, he was very professional and definitely knows his business. I also financed my purchase through them and that was just as smooth no tricks or trying to sell me stuff I did not need or want like most dealers do at closing. Michael Frisicaro was the finance manager and he was very helpful and made signing all the papers that come with a car purchase simple and painless. I highly recommend going to Brickell Luxury Motors if you ate looking for either a new or used vehicle, they are fabulous and will get you exactly what you want!
