Excellent service! Drove from Tampa, loved the car and their service was great. We were able to test drive, negotiatr nd walk out the door with our nee car in aprox 1 1/2 hour.

Braman Motors is an outstanding dealer and I recommend them with no reservations. Willie Orth and Paul Newman did an excellent job taking care of me. Purchased a used vehicle and traded in my old car in less than 2,5 hours. I bought and traded many cars over the years and always dreaded the experience. These guys are the exception! They provided excellent service and attention. 1st class. Buy from them.

Called and told them I was interested in a car they listed. Talked to sales rep and was told that I would get a call back the next morning after he spoke to the director of sales regarding price negotiations. Never received a call back ended up texting sales rep. And he told me they sold the vehicle. Very unprofessional if they knew I was interested why didn't they get back to me instead of just not telling me anything and giving my hopes up do not buy any car from this dealership they don't care about getting customers terrible customer service

Was told car was not in the inventory yet, it was advertised as for sale.No explanation why until I further inquired and was told car did not meet standards for sale ? Confusing-----------yes ,dealer to do business with -----No!

Slick Willie, General Sales Manager explains to me that, "Now with the Internet, there is no more negotiation on a car purchase. The price you see posted on the Internet is the price of the car." Now I was born at night, but not last night. I guess if he fools enough people, he makes more money. People, listen up, you CAN still negotiate when buying a car. Remember, that money looks better in your pocket than in the Dealers pocket. Protect your money.

Great follow up and straight shooters wish we had come to the right number I would be driving a new car. The sales person I talked was great and honest and willing to make a deal. If I can I will call to look for my next buy even if they are 70 miles away.
