2 auto replies then a notification that the dealer wasn't able to reach us. No actual human contact.

Fast and courteous. Friendly and easy going.

I got an email follow up but never heard any more from them.

We picked about 6 different vehicles to look at when we went up to Bob Rohrman's in Lafayette. Out of those 6 they had 0 on the lot. They sold or "lost" all of them. The salesmen at Kia were friendly and hard working, it was completely the internet department that had dropped the ball. This is not the first time Bob Rohrman has disappointed me.

dealer replied - you be helpful if you put the link to the car in the reply email - if you are looking at multiple cars you don't know which one you requested info on if the link to the car is not in the reply email.....would be very helpful...rating is for overall service to me - not just how the dealer responded...

they never answered the questions I asked just sent a vanilla email auto reply

The salesman did reply to my initial inquiry, but when I asked for more information on the car, such as its history, and simply which of their lots it was in, I heard nothing back.

Drove an hour and a half for a car and for its advertised price. When I got there, it seems that they price was significantly higher than the price that was advertised. The manager would not make any negotiations and was extremely rude, but a salesman named Jason was extremely polite. Didn't make a deal and we wasted time. No one ever pays the price that is on the price tag in terms of cars. especially if the car will need maintenance right after purchase.

Could not find the car I wanted, but very professional.

Great customer servce

Jason Murray is a wonderful salesman. He is the most amazing auto sales associate that I have ever met in the recent times! He is all smiling and positive in what he is doing. His smile is enough to give you any car you need and want! The evidence of his auto salesmanship is decorated on his office wall. All of his many years of achievements are dotting his wall. He has continuously been voted the salesman of the year or the monthly basis. He helped me buy the Ford Escape 2006 which had previously been highly priced by their Subaru sister outlet. The first gentleman that I spoke to at the Subaru and had a chance to meet was stuck with his outrageous price and he won't badge or negotiate! His boss basically wanted me to give him my Alero free of charge! the the gentleman at the outlet simply did not want to sale the car to me! I do not want to blame him because he seemed to have acted according to the instructions from above. I want to thank Jason for coming to my rescue and making things work much better for me and realistic. I only hope they did not sale a lemon to me.......its very easy to be duped in the auto world! Jason, you are awesome but the only thing that I did not like is the fact that everything included was supposed to be $6300 and with the trade in of $700 goes down to $5600 and with a deposit of $1000, it goes down to $4600. I remember insisting to you that I will be more comfortable if everything went to $6300 and you promised to work out the math...amazingly, the math was done with a different person apparently in your absence by design......its amazing how salespeople operates, it needs a smart buyer to reason with them. I just did not want to drag the issues and lose my day off without a vehicle. Please honor your promise and mail to me the extra keys. I will come back to buy from you though!

The dealer was grest

We purchased our new vehicle from this dealer and were very happy with the result. All employees were very friendly and helpful and were willing to work with us on price. We were a little bummed when the car we came to test drive had been sold that morning without us knowing. However, our sales rep was able to show us a number of other similar vehicles, one of which we liked very much and ended up purchasing.

Didn't have the car.Said it was still for sale. Made a trip for nothing
