I called to ask for some information about a land
cruiser, the gentleman on the phone said he
would call me back but never did. So I took the
time to go to them only to find out the car was
not even there even though they advertised it
was. And all they offered was to call me when
they have it.
Very bad place to do business with.

I was interested in a 2008 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. Although they were pleasant on the phone, the dealership would only come down $200.00 on their vehicle, yet offered me $1,400.00 BELOW Kelly Blue Book for my truck, which basically had a new engine amongst other mechanical improvements. No thank you

Contacted Dealer told car had a deposit and call back the next day to see if it sold...car stayed on line for several days..kept calling to make an appointment and no one ever called me back...very disappointed...car still listed on line

The staff were knowledgeable and courteous. Although we did not buy the RAV 4 we called about, their salesman Charles found us the perfect car- a preowned Mazda CX 9 with everything we wanted at our price. The car was delivered to us on schedule in beautiful condition. I recommend BMW of Newton highly.

A traditional bait and switch type of
dealership. I put in a bid for a lower
price and it was accepted by the sales
manager but as soon as it came to
finishing the deal they refused to honor
my accepted offer price. Up until that
moment everyone was very helpful. I do
not blame the sales advisors as they
were very helpful and are only doing
their job. The general manager is the
one to blame as they were the one that
would not honor the negotiated price. If
you have a client who negotiated the
price and it was accepted you do
withdrawal because you realize your
losing money on it. That is just bad
business and leaves a sour taste in your
clients mouth who will spread their
experience all over the web.
