Helpful but please don't have people drive that far away
unless you have approval they were so quick to have me
come out from city thankfully i pressed on approval
becuae the offer i has was zero down no cosign 162 a
month but that changed to needing cosigner. Get identy
theft protection this has been a nightmare I've paid off
everything I ever financed but they got me with
repossessed cars and bikes not mine. Good luck with
your purchase and I still recommend the lot friendly and
helpful all day!!

My husband and I were looking for a decent, dependable car for our son that’s returning back to school in a few weeks, so I searched CarGurus and found an awesome deal at Westplex Auto. If you’re looking for a trustworthy dealer, Matt is your guy! I felt like he was honest and upfront about everything. He even gave me a few tips about cleaning up credit, among other great tips. He worked out an awesome deal with us and I’m so grateful that I found him! He worked very hard for us and he was very patient with us. He actually held the car for 4 days for us because he really wanted my son to have it, how many dealers do you know that will do this? Thanks again for everything Matt, we truly appreciate you!!!

I call the man about this truck spoke with him for a few days, got everything worked out to come 3 hours to look at the truck he told me that this was a 1 owner truck clean and rust free. Turns out truth is I pulled the car fax the truck originated in Canada was a 4 owner truck and it did have your typical GM rust that was a no go for me I drove the truck maybe 3 miles down the road and the engine light come on saying engine oil pressure low, stop engine nowthey acted like it wasn't there problem.

I was contacted about this 2003 Suburban, and I just took another look at it, and didn't pursue it. It was not the fault of the dealers.

Called about a car two times. Dealer did not seem interested in doing business of any kind. I told him I would be coming to see the car in the morning and even called to confirm this the day of; I live 2 hours away. As I was about 30 minutes away the dealer called to let me know he sold the car I was coming to see. I do understand he has to do business; but all he said was sorry. He didn't offer another car or say if I find something I'll call you, nothing. I purchased the same car with less miles and a year newer for less the price at another dealership.

This is a smaller lot with 3 dealer names on the building. Made me pretty suspicious.
