Quick easy!!!

I was going to buy the car told Christian I was on my way! This is after hours of negotiations about the car. I am driving there and he informs me the car was sold that morning! Now this is not a huge dealership so I find it hard to believe that he can have a conversation with service, finances and management about the car and none of them realize the car was already sold! Definitely not a good way to get get a 5 star survey. Well not from me and I will continue spreading the word about the way this dealership functions! Buyer Beware.. Clearly time is not $$$ to them because he wasted a lot of mine!

Asked for best price.Took 4 attempts & when they responded got the listing price is almost 3k on optional stuff I didn't want on the car. What a joke.

Dlr responded promptly but I did not want the black interior.

The price quoted by the dealer on the Car Gurus listing was misleading because it did not include state taxes but was being incorrectly benchmarked to Carfax who do include state taxes in their market price estimate, the result is a completely false impression of great value. K&S also insist you buy an add on vehicle locator tag for $1200. It’s a complete rip off. I found their sell on this point to be extremely aggressive. I loved the car but not the way this dealer behaved. My next Alfa will not be bought here.

They have transitioned to Alfa Romeo of San Diego, and have always had good quality cars. A little chaotic, but otherwise decent experience. Amazing car-that’s what we were after.

Great salesman

Dealer buys damaged luxury late models, and makes cosmetic repairs. Great prices but probably lower trade in values. Then a the end of the sales offer a surprise $1500 is added for a GPS system.

I hate dealer!!! They wanted to make some security device for $1,500 mandatory for the sale. What kind of crap is this? Finally found a private sale and did a whole lot better on price.

the sales manager wouldn't even discuss the price and wanted to charge me $1500 for their anti-theft device (effectively adding a 12% premium to their car) that I had no use for. I had trouble not laughing.

Joshua was cool and detailed person when it came to helping me out.

First heard from Irma who was pleasant and I asked her a few questions I had. She answered about two but never the question about leasing. I was super interested so got pre-qualified and asked was there any incentives for me to drive over a hundred miles each way to see a 2 1/2 year old car. Then sales-manager Eric informed me they compare apples to apples and that was absolutely the lowest price. Since there are over 7500 different varieties of apples I have switched to a dealer that sells Rubicon’s closer to home

When my bank told me the car cost more than the blue book value, the sales person told me my bank was terrible and to finance the car through their bank. I'm a disabled veteran and been banking with Navy Federal for over 10 years and never had an issue with them. So if my back said its not worth it I'm not going to purchase it

Just good guys easy to deal with. I didn’t grind them because frankly they new their stuff and just wanted a fair deal. Which I got. Highly recommend especially considering all the rip off lots around. Pleasure for sure.

I called K and S auto sales to communicate and negotiate over a Lexus NX. Lots of promises were made over the phone, it was enough said for me commute 2hr drive to purchase a vehicle. When I arrived I was excited and thrilled to find out all promises where kept and exceed my expectations. Kareem is a man of his word, and people like him is why K and S Auto is a successful business. They take care of their customer and I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy a car. It was worth a 2 hour drive to me and I am a happy Lexus owner now.

Wrote my review on an earlier carguru request. Joshua needed a reminder that I wanted him to thoroughly check the car for any dings or scratches. He told me the car was not on the lot and he would have to go over to a storage facility to check it out and take pictures on his cell phone and email them to me. This was done, however the photo was inconclusive. There was not any "selling" on his part or, as far as I could tell, no enthusiasm on - what a great car it is! I frankly lost interest, as we live in Sacramento, and there was no way i was going to go to the lot.

What motivated me to come to K&S was the fact that they had the car I wanted and because their reviews said they had excellent customer service. Soon as I stepped on to the lot, I was greeted with a friendly smile by Eric who was there to help me every step of the way. K&S prides itself on family and I felt just that “part of the family.” Their amazing staff (I created my own nicknames): Eric “the awesome salesman” Kareem “the wonderful owner” Arturo “the sensational finance guy” and Francisco “the delightful signature guy” (because he handles the paperwork) were all exceptional. This place is legit, my car buying experience was amazing, I couldn't say enough good things about them! 10 stars! I know about cars and these guys were honest about everything, they don't try to sell you something you don't want or need. They entertained all my questions, easy to take cars out for a test drive, and spent as much time with me as needed. I highly recommend if you want a beautiful used car with low mileage and a warranty, definitely go here!

Very courteous team, no pressure from the sales associate, immaculate inventory, spotless facility and great service. A surprisingly good experience for what is normally a stressful process. As a single woman I never felt uncomfortable or taken advantage of. I am going back tomorrow for a full car detailing and will likely take the time to post additional reviews on other directories since I felt they truly deserve to be acknowledged for the way they treat their customers.
