These guys are a little tricky. Maybe because they are located at the other end of the country, but the car I was interested in was available, then it went away and suddenly came back listed at a higher price? Interesting stuff... I
also provided details about a trade I had to work with, their manager said "I will jump on it" to never hear back from him. Their reviews on other platforms are not that positive, so decided to walk away from any dealings with
them... I just did not get a good feeling from them.

contacted my promptly, but hard to coordinate a purchase on line.
I went in to buy this car for $15,000. Tested it, loved it and sat down to buy it with our check from an insurance claim.
The general manager said the car wasn’t the posted price but $19,300 plus transfer taxes, we were getting for a certification we could go to any Mercedes dealer for a year. We said we didn’t want that. He said they bought it for $14,000 ( I don’t care, what does that have to do with the price? )He asked if were military or first responders. First responders, we could buy it for $17,500.I was like, ” This guy is rock solid on trying to get a few thousand dollars more for NADA.”
Why would I look at a car for $19,300 when it was advertised $15,000. When I see a car advertised for $15,000 I expect it for $15,000 plus transfer tax fees to our state which is a worthless no value added to our state, but I didn’t know the dealer could add a worthless fee beside the states?
Very dishonest, a ch-eat and at the top.
He did it and had his little salesman watch.

I have bought many high end cars from a variety of dealerships and private parties. HBI Auto LLC in NC just topped the charts of the worst
possible scenario by selling a car (911 Turbo S) out from underneath me. I would not buy a car from them and caution anyone who is
considering it. There are a lot of reputable dealers out there who would never do what they did and would make amends if this happened.
After 5 days of correspondence and coming to final terms (price sheet (from Jose "GM), videos,shipping instructions etc.) the salesman,
Jake, text me and informed someone had come in and "bought the car" and it was no longer available. To add insult to injury, he tried to sell
me another similar car for more money, of course. I spoke to the GM to discuss the process breakdown and see what he was willing to do to
remedy the situation. He offered to try and find me another car. No thanks. If you're like me, you get excited to own and enjoy great cars.
This experience was a true let down.

The people should be ashamed of themselves for the way that they treated me
I phoned and asked if the car was still available before I left and they said that it was (an hour drive “one way” for me)
I arrived that they said that the car was SOLD and didn’t even apologize
I will definitely tell my friends to avoid this company HBI in Mocksville NC

Sales person was very responsive and willing to get information I requested. Price listed did not
include $1,300 for "refurbishment" or $699 for fee. The website says "All vehicles are subjected to
applicate sales tax, document fees, and destination charges." No mention of a refurbishment
charge.

Brian and team at HBi were fantastic. They were able to provide me with all the info I needed on this vehicle and others on the lot. Great test drive experience including getting my wife and son onboard so the 3 of us could test together. Excellent mechanics onsite and I was able to get the vehicle on a lift to inspect the underside mechanicals in detail.

I do not recommend you purchase a vehicle from HBi Auto. I live in Mass snd bought a Porsche Cayenne from them on 11/18/20. The sales experience was excellent. Billy went above and beyond to make the sale successful. The problem arose after they shipped the car to me and picked up my trade. I received the car on 11/24. The car arrived with some of the dealer paperwork necessary to register the car but the Title was missing and the RMV form was not completed correctly. I have sent Billy and Brian numerous text messages, emails, and phone calls. Finally on 12/24 I received the Title needed to register the car however the Dealer portion of the RMV form is still Incomplete. I have had the car six (6) weeks and it’s nothing but a giant paperweight in my garage as I cannot register the car without the proper paperwork from HBi. I have no car to drive as they picked up my trade when they delivered the Cayenne back in November. I’ve had to rely on Uber to get me around since.

I made an offer on this car. The dealer came back asking to call them. They never made a counter offer. The dealer actually doubled down by increasing the price, within a day, by about $2,000. When I asked why, his answer was that this is a technique used by dealers.
The dealer also said that the vehicle was sold. I replied saying fine, there is no need for us to continue communicating. Later, another salesman from the same dealership contacted me saying that the car was still available. Amazing...

Although I took delivery on this No. Carolina vehicle in Massachusetts, the term "Buyer
beware" applies to this operation. 1. I was told that new tires would be placed on the car, they
were not; 2. I asked several times for a listing of what HBi Auto had done to the car since they
had it, and never received the listing; 3. I specifically requested that the trailered car be
delivered after 2pm on the given day - it was delivered at about 10 a.m. when I was not
available, and the trucker said that he had no specific instructions otherwise; and 4. When the
car was delivered the gas tank was "on fumes." The salesperson, John, was not working the
day of my delivery and when I spoke to Jose, I was told he would check out the other items,
get a gas card out to me, and have Billy or Brian reach out to me - 5 days later - crickets...

I inquired about a 2014 Cayenne GTS which was advertised as having
Adaptive Cruise Control as one of its options. The company also had at
the same time two more Cayenne GTS advertised, all showing Adaptive
Cruise Control. I received a nice response from the dealership that
informed me that they had no Cayenne GTS available with that option.
My rating reflects only my opinion as to the accuracy of describing their
cars for sale and communication from the dealership since I did not
pursue purchase of the vehicle.

The 2007!Porsche 912 they have listed is 8-9K over market value. When I challenged the salesperson, John, on it, he basically said supply and demand on cars like it right now gives him the ability to charge that much. Pretty shady. I then texted him again and he stopped responding entirely. Avoid these guys. Obvious they are trying to be opportunistic and not fair.

I contacted them about an Audi. Their site says "No matter what your credit situation, our specialists can help tailor a finance package to fit
your needs"(https://www.hbiauto.com/creditapplication/). I had some credit issues due to my son being diagnosed with Epilepsy. I told them
this and was told that they could get me a loan. After a few days they couldn't find a loan for me. I asked for my deposit back since I was told
that it was refundable if they couldn't obtain financing. Now I write emails to the sales guy that I was dealing with and also their contact us
page and I don't get a response. No refund. Beware of HBI - they are now reputable. I still have yet to purchase a vehicle. That $500 would've
helped my family's situation, but instead, it went into the pocket of someone that spends their time driving Porsches and Ferraris.

excellent customer service! I was unable to personally go to the dealership due to recent surgery so they offered to bring the car to me to check it out. Unfortunately due to personal reasons I wasnt able to purchase the truck at the time but I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car
