An Absolute terrible experience. I called and emailed multiple times with no response— it took nearly seven attempts and repeated follow-ups before anyone finally got back to me. When they did, I was told the car was available, but not at the price advertised online. It was suddenly $3,000 higher. That’s a classic bait-and-switch. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

It was the most wonderful car shopping experience I have ever had. I was there for only about 3 1/2 hours. Everything went smoothly and I got accepted with the finance needed to purchase the vehicle. Marco was the best. He did not pester me or try and put me in a vehicle other than the one I had my eye on. Truly recommend this dealership for everyone!

The female that answered the phone was very dis-concerned to my needs. Even after explaining to her "this is a cash " sale. I am moving from Peoria IL to San Antonio on February 24th, and need a car to transport my daughter back and forth to school. Her reply: Maam; if the car is still available when you come in we will show it to you, have a nice day". Other car dealers in San Antonio offered me at least the courtesy of polite conversation, Two accepted my request for a small fee and are holding my selected car.

Best car buying experience I have had thus far!! The dealer was prompt in their response to me and we got an appointment set the same day. We viewed the Highlander but it ended up not being enough room for what my family needed. We came back later that same day and purchased a 2019 Black Honda Pilot EXL. The entire experience was quick, efficient and painless. I was in and out in about a hour and 30 minutes, and that includes them doing a trade-in valuation on my old car and detailing our new purchase. Excellent customer service and I got a awesome deal on my trade-in. Buy your car from here. You won’t regret it.

Dealer replied around 9am the following day after I inquired about the 2015 Chevy Impala. Apparently, they allow potential customers to put a $500.00 hold on a vehicle which is exactly what happened an hour later. I then got an email stating the car was sold. I ended up purchasing a similar vehicle from another San Antonio dealership only to see the same vehicle at Echo Park listed as available a few days after my purchase. There was no follow up from Echo Park and I was left dissapointed as Echo Parks vehicle had more of the options I was looking for.

I talked to a guy on the phone to make sure the car was there before I wasted my time, he sounded like a robot, felt like I could not trust them, they would not work with my bank. They seemed to only be interested in getting my loan, not selling me a car.

12/05 Appointment. The van matched criteria. 2 vans on the lot. Both were 2017, an LE and an XLE. Rep didn't know much about them. Test drove. Done. Employees seem indifferent. 12/08 Returned with a mechanic. He said there were some issues. We alerted the rep to the issues: battery acid corrosion on transmission, rear shock leaking oil, and check engine light on. . . Rep said battery acid was a "sell as is" policy. 12/09 Michelle from Echo Park contacted me about visit. I did not respond. But I did contact them via chat to ask about the issues. She supposedly gave me the number of the sales manager. 12/10 Michelle reached out to let us know it would go to the repair shop in New Braunfels. 12/16 Return call from dealership to confirm they were checking on it. Echo Park is slow to communicate with customers. Does not seem to care about customers. Other reviews confirm this. I do not currently recommend buying from a dealership with this business model.

Good dealership, very professional. I always purchase cars through my Credit Union and Echo does not accept outside financing. If you are looking to get financed through them, I would recommend you go there. Their vehicles are less expensive and the sales team is paid on salary so no pressure to purchase.

When my husband called the dealership- The person who answered was not aware he had emailed me back. Fine, probably automated. Then he proceeded to tell my husband that he had no idea why that car was priced what it was. The conversation did not go well. Salesperson was not hospitable, and the price was 11,999. The next day, the price went up to what it is in this email 12,399.

The place is nice and clean. But the price for the car was supposed to be a no haggle price but out the door I would have had to pay about $19k for the car which is ridiculous. Adding sales tax, tag, title and registration thats normal. That’s goes with every car we purchase. But the salesman wanted to charge extra like about $900 dealer fee, and mandatory warranty, which supposed to be optional. But he sad that i have to buy it. So i just walked away and got a car from a different location.

Vehicle was as described and we did purchase but they don't make it easy. They don't work with Credit Unions for financing so they run you through their lenders and bam...our rate went from 2.90% at our Credit Union to 9.89% with them through Capital One. They also don't accept credit cards for the down payment. The sales team says they're not on commission so they weren't super pushy with the various warranty add ons. Seemed slightly under staffed since we had periods of wait while our salesman worked with other customers between our transactions but the added time wasn't excessive.

When I made the appointment through Michelle, I told her we were waiting on the title to our current car to come in the mail. She assured me that would not be a problem that we could purchase and trade without the paper title. We made the long drive to San Antonio and got all the details for the purchase worked out including an offer on our car and then, we were told no deal. You have to have the paper title. We would have waited until we received the paper title to start shopping and not made that drive if we had been given correct information. Echo Park SA didn’t care about our inconvenience. On our drive home, another dealership called me and said they would be happy to do business with me without the paper title. So I’m confused and disappointed mainly because no one seemed to care about the misinformation. I wrote to a customer service representative about this over a week ago and haven’t heard a thing.

I received a quick reply from EchoPark regarding the car I inquired about. I went to the dealership and the car looked so clean and practically brand new. We were looking for a few options, the one which attracted us has fewer miles and more expensive than another. When we drove the car we figure out that mileage on the odometer is 6K higher than it was listed. When we ask for a discount a salesperson said NO. So finally we found ourselves in a stupid situation where we have to buy a car with higher mileage and more expensive compared to another one. The guy who was showing us cars was providing a lot of useless information (like that EcoPark sales a zillion cars each year or that they have bla bla number of square ft of parking space... why we should need to know this?!). The setup inside the dealership is nice, family-friendly (Xbox and playground for kids) and fancy.

Experience was pleasurable. Ambience was extremely nice. Salesman was easy to talk. Did not care for their financing policy (You are required to use their financing if not paying cash). I had a pre-approved loan so I had to walk away...

After calling for inquires in a car, they call me back to set an appointment to test drive the car, we drove 1 hour to get there, we walk into the office just to find out the car was on hold, ( someone else was interested in the car) No one never call us to let us know, or to cancel appointment, very bad customer service don’t go there.

Staff was super friendly upon arrival. Joe G helped us with our purchase. He made us feel comfortable and we did not hesitate on making our purchase with them. My whole experience with Anthoni at Echopark was very satisfying. He was not aggressive at all and in fact was very honest and attentive. This was our first time at Echo Park. I must say that this was one of the best experiences in buying a car I have ever experienced. I already knew what car I wanted. I saw the car advertised on CarGurus, so I called Echo Park to make sure the car was available and setup an appointment to see it. Our salesman Martin Johnston was amazing. Needless to say, we purchased the car after the test drive. Overall, the prices are amazing, no stressful haggling, the warranties are generous for the price and they offer more than fair price for your trade. I highly recommend Martin Johnston as he goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service.

Have strict rules and they are not flexible on any change. Unfortunately hard to contact the dealer, have to spend a lot of time 'on-hold'. Hard to get a manager via phone who could make decisions.

Great experience! Highest trade value, lowest price, cleaner vehicles. No pressure, employees are salary. Looked at 2 trucks, 2 days in a row, returned on the 3rd day to make my purchase. Aubrie, Lee and Sammer were great! A special thanks to Nuni and the guys in the shop. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the truck before I left.

They said I had to make an appointment to sed the car. Also we weren’t allowed to use our own credit union which offered better rates. They said we had to choose from theirs. When I asked to have vehicle inspected by a Mercedes dealership, the manager asked why. Then told me we couldn’t take thd car to be checked but could bring the mechanic to Echo Park to check. Horrible experience!!!

I contacted this dealership 4 times, they had 4 different salesman assigned to me. Each one spoke to me at least once, but never got back to me regarding my questions about one specific car in a week about one specific car. One salesperson kept saying every couple hours he would get back with me, and he never did. By the time someone went to check on the car after a week, it was sold. This is the worst responsive salesman at any dealership we have dealt with. Not sure if they are incentivized on loans, but they definitely were not helpful with a cash deal.

Fast, professional experience. Extremely drama free. Not something that you typically experience at car dealers. We did not require financing and they didnt play games with our trade in. Whole process was less than 3 hours. The slowest part of the transaction was when had to leave to get a certified check from our bank to pay for the purchase. Will keep this place in mind for future purchases.

Had a few conversations with a salesperson at this dealership and I really liked the car, it was similar to the one I had before and was what I was looking for but unfortunately just couldn't make it happen.

I was in contact with this dealership for 4 days. Neither their website nor the email they sent me stated they do not accept outside financing. Had I have known that I would have never visited. The vehicle was in good shape and the actual dealership was very nice and modern.

After calling this dealership all morning having conversations with multiple different people we arrive and are told that we have an appointment to see a bmw. Within 5 min of being there someone approached us to tell us that the car has been on hold since yesterday and there was nothing they could do. We drove over 2 hours and were promised an appointment and were never told that it was even a possibility to leave a hold on the vehicle. Their excuse was that they had technology issues and the system must not have updated. With a company that is so driven on using technology one would think they would be better at organizing a sale. We spent an hour there before even being able to talk to the manager.

Samar, my salesperson did a great job. He never maid me feel uncomfortable or pressured to buy. The truck that I purchased was in great condition, and they gave me a great price for my trade in. Do plan on spending a few hours there as you would most other dealerships. Overall best experience I’ve had buying a car.

Drove about a hour and a half away, called when we where about 20 minutes out and they said they had it, got there and it was out front because it was sold. Dissapointing, seems like they have good deals but dont accept outside financing either.

This was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle! I was hesitant buying a car because I didn’t want to feel pressured, that feeling was immediately dismissed the moment I walked through the doors. Before even talking to me about the car I came to see, I was given a full tour of the facility where I learned how and what takes place there. Some may think that’s too much, but for me it showed they have nothing to hide. I worked with Israel and he was ABSOLUTELY fantastic. After we test drive the vehicle I was interested in, I told him I didn’t want to walk out without it and I didn’t. The whole staff was attentive and welcoming. You get the sense that they’re there for you and not just the sale. So if you’re in the market for a car stop by and check out the “car bar” as I call it and see for yourself how awesome they are! Be sure to ask for Israel lol!!

I liked the car I found but not the inflexibility in the paperwork. We paid cash for our car and they refused to remove paperwork based on financing a vehicle.

I drove over an hour and a half to look at this car and more than likely buy it and as soon as I got there they had to give me a “tour of their facility “ before they would show me the car. Then they told me they don’t accept outside financing. I already have approved financing from my credit union-sure wish they would have mentioned that on the phone before I drove all that way.

Staff as friendly but they my business and probably alot of military because they don't take outside financing thru USAA. Then when I waited to see what rate they could get me, it was a crazy 7% when I have 4.9 with my bank. Too bad

Worst place to ever go. They sound really nice at first but will turn around and stab you without thinking twice. I drove 4 hours only to find out they sold the car hours previously before I got there and they never called to tell me. Then the manager just says he sorry and doesn’t know what happened.

Here was my experience: My husband and I decided on a car we wanted to purchase, a 2013 Kia Soul, with 30k miles. There was a slight problem with the molding on the windshield. Our saleswoman, Alexis, said she would request service to have that repaired but that they wouldn't be able to look at it until the next day. We said that's fine and went forward with filling out all of the loan paperwork and got approval and financing. We called the next day to check on the vehicle to see if it had been fixed and she said she wasn' t sure but to come in the following day to complete the purchase. She said she would be out of the office but to call her when we were on our way and she would have another salesman ready to help us. I called her twice, leaving a voicemail and got no response. I then texted and got no response. So we just went in and we were told they had sold the vehicle THAT MORNING. They completely sold it out from under us! We were in the purchase process and financed it and they completely sold it out from under us. We spoke with a manager after waiting about an hour. He apologized and said he wanted to show us other cars. Well the one we wanted was an excellent deal with low mileage and hard to match. But we told him there were two other comparable vehicles we would consider if he lowered the price about $1500. Even if he had lowered the price, we still would be paying thousands more than the car we were originally purchasing. He passed us off to another salesman, (about 2 hours after we arrived) and told the salesman we would like them to work with us on price since they'd seriously screwed up and sold the car out from under us. He said they had set pricing and wouldn't budge. I asked him if he was aware of what had happened to us and he said yes, he was. So I asked him to work on the price to which he said he "couldn't budge. Not even a dollar.�?? I find it hard to believe that a car company can't budge on the price of a car after making a SERIOUS error, regardless of their pricing policy. We lost a great deal due to a colossal communication breakdown among your employees. I find that to be extremely bad customer service. We explained we had just moved to San Antonio with the military and my husband's car broke down. We needed an immediate replacement. We shopped extensively and decided upon that specific vehicle and went through financing and went to pick it up and they sold it out from underneath us. Now we are back to square one and this experience was a huge disaster. I left very upset, without a car, and wished they put the customer above the almighty dollar after making a huge error.

Had an appointment to drive a vehicle at 7pm. When I got there after an hours drive, I was told the vehicle was not available. A coupe days earlier, someone had put a hold on it but was never communicated before I headed to the dealership.

When I arrived Alexis greeted me with a hand shake and warm smile. The car was cleaned and ready to be test driven. Alexis informed the price you see is the price you pay. She also mentioned some was interested in the car. I told her I would be back tomorrow to pick up the vehicle. Alexis stated I need to put $500 down to hold the vehicle.

A little hiccup when I arrived but all worked out. Was informed when I arrived by the receptionist that this car had been sold. Only to find out it hadn’t. Actually went with another car available on the lot. Good experience with a different type of dealership.
