Although I made the decision to wait it out for a truck, their customer service was outstanding. I appreciate the dealer taking the time to take extra pictures and answer any questions I had.
I test drove several vehicles from this dealership. My overall experience pertaining to this vehicle. I was given a bunch of I don't knows and not sures from at least a couple sales people. I worked with Ramon a little who was easy to work with, knowledgeable and easy going.
I learned quickly to ask for him when I walked in.
I would recommend him if you're coming into this dealership for a vehicle.

Contact was made by a dealer rep but the
dealer is to far away from middle Georgia to
manage doing business with them. It was
my error in not realizing their location.
Friendly staff but not exactly honest. When I asked about blemishes inside and outside the vehicle I was told it was in great condition. When I arrived they were letting the paint dry on the rear.bumper that had to be repainted apparently. Also, every panel inside had deep scratches or scuffs and the lower air deflector was cracked and sticking out and missing the cover. These are cosmetic but I should have been made aware and sent pictures. They knew I was 5 hours away. When I brought it up, they just said they have to spend money to fix those things.

Yes, I was contacted. However, no Military discounts through this dealer that sells GMC's!?! No since of urgency once the sale
was completed. After overnighting documents and a check. They received my check the next day. However, it took 6 days for
them to finally deposit it. What type of protocol is in place for the financing section? No urgency! When inquiring about my
status, the response was: they are backed up due to a really good month! REALLY! Unreal!! How long does it take to make a
deposit? I under estimated the power of GOOD customer service. If the urgency at the end of the sale was like the beginning,
we wouldn't be here!! 3 days after final sale, still waiting on shipment info by this dealer. I called, text several times to get an
answer! Don't go thru Clearshift for shipping, horrible experience! Driver couldn't speak English. After payment was made no
urgency! I paid for a 2 day delivery, day4! Never use the company(ship your car now) Customer Service and Communication?
Zachary was professional and responded in a timely manner. I was looking to buy the vehicle from out of state so he had to answer a lot of extra questions and concerns. I never felt like he was rushing me and he was patient. Unfortunately I chose not to buy this truck and kept my old one. Instead I bought a commuter sedan locally to keep my trucks miles low. Even being out of state this was the easiest car buying experience yet . Total transparency, no back and forth games . Very up front and they do what they say they are going to do. Very prompt professional service .
Tried multiple times to get information. Unanswered emails, texts and messages through CarGurus. I’d find someone to respond and then they’d just stop responding. Finally started making progress with one guy and then find out it was sold. If I’d gotten any service, I’d have been able to buy the car. Very disappointed in their service and responses.

Jameson promised to call me on Monday 6 December after 9 am in morning which he did not do. This was after we had talked extensively about
financing and I sent him at his request the VIN numbers and pictures of my 2 corvettes I presently own , as I was going to use them as trade ins on the

I actually purchased this truck. The dealership was courteous and Nichole was very friendly and professional.
Nichole was not pushy and made the sale as painless as it could be. No used car experience is "painless". I
gave the review 4 stars as the dealership will not negotiate at all. You either accept the asking price or take
walk. Due to the lack of inventory in my area and the need for a truck I accepted the price. Once I was over the
shock of the current cost of used vehicles Nicole made the rest of the purchase go very smoothly.

Great Communication and pricing, but for me it was hard to buy a vehicle that you couldn't sit in or I would have bought this truck.
A little bit slow getting back to me at first. Dealing with three different salespeople wasn't time efficient, either, but I understand the difficulties of running a business during a covid economy, and lack of available staffing. I will say that they were very polite and thorough once we got going.
Ultimately, we were about $1000 apart on agreeing on a deal. And they refused to budge another inch, so we cordially ended the conversation.
I have since found a similar truck I am very happy with.

This was an online purchase. The representative who assisted me was

and ended up purchasing a used 2018 Ford F150 XLT. Super happy with the whole experience, was fast, no hassle and they
even helped me get a great deal on a second key and replacing the tires (had snow tires on it - yeah weird, right??). Anyway, I'd
highly recommend them!!
Truck was overpriced, rusted out underneath and they wouldn't budge on the price to compensate for the rust and refused to repair the rust in order to get me to buy it. The one lady who took pics and video for me was nice tho!

Was a good experience in the emails, good information was made, more photos were provided. Then a time and date were set upon for a Skype call (buying from out of state), salesman called me at work and wanted to talk to me then and there, had to reaffirm the time and date previously set upon. Vehicle then sold and I was not notified, emailed, called till the day arrived and I had to reach out to the dealership 30 minutes after the agreed upon time, only to find out that it was sold. So unless you plan on buying from them the day you see the ad, dont bother.

Purchased my vehicle on 3/5; due to a major storm a few days later, there was a delay in shipping. However, now that the weather has cleared (3/18) the vehicle has still not shipped (13 DAYS LATER). They rely on the open market (posting to truck lines sites) to ship their sold vehicles. However, they have no back up plan to ship vehicles even if you pay extra to ship. If they want to focus their efforts to internet sales without any back up plan to ship vehicles (like a dedicated service or one of their own trucks), then they will eventually fail. Keep this in mind when considering to purchase your vehicle here. The purchase portion was pretty easy but the follow up and subsequent lack of "effort" to get my vehicle shipped is less than mediocre. I would have expected more effort to ship a $40,000 vehicle where the profit margins are larger (in used vehicles) than with new ones.

I would not recommend them to anyone. Tried to buy a truck from them. Everything including financing and down payment was set. Made them an offer. They rejected my offer. Then one day later they lowered the price of the truck to what my offer basically was and sold it to someone else.

Dealer experience was great. No hassle, and no haggling (which might be a downside for some). Fair pricing on the vehicle I bought there.
Had a couple issues with the car afterwards, not much they could or should do to help me, which they let me know and offered what help they could, but I wanted to warn them about one in particular and they never got back to me about it, which was sketchy. Granted I haven’t given them a call at the time of writing this so can’t really fault them that much.

If there were higher STARS to rate, I would! Not a pushy sales person. Asked what “exactly” I was looking for in this vehicle. Other sales people would respond by text or email, and “want to finance immediately, and test drive now!” Felt pressured by other sales car dealerships. This was the first person that would seem like they wanted me confident in what I buy, and wait for my needs in color, heated seats, and sunroof if a priority to me. Thank you.

I contacted Clearshift via email. A salesman responded to me by email and by text. We communicated thru text and proceeded in a sale. However, after I had already gotten the insurance switched over and a check ready for purchase...he called me and told me the vehicle sold. I didnt understand why and how. I had made all the arrangements to drive over 500 miles to purchase the vehicle and make it a smooth sale. I feel there was no communication within the dealership because someone else had already been working on a sale. I wasted a week getting things prepared thru my bank. The salesman was very helpful. However, they need communication within their organization.

Excellent! They were very responsive and provided me with as much information as I asked for. I was an out-
of-state buyer so they recorded a virtual walk-around video for me to watch in addition to all the photos they
had of the truck. Their prices were extremely competitive and tax & fees are reasonable.
I decided to buy the truck and they processed all the paperwork through a docu-sign type app (internet doc
signing). I wired them the money and the transaction was done in one afternoon, quick and easy. I then flew
out to Colorado and picked it up. All the paperwork was ready, so I was in and out quickly.
The only issue is that they will not accept deposits because they've been burned too many times by other
inconsiderate customers, who ruined that for the rest of us (no shows). So if you like a vehicle, there's no way
to "hold it" unless you buy it outright. That's where the wiring of the money comes in. Very happy.

Not very profesonal. Sold the truck 15 min after i left ,an told me the banks were taking a long time to approve loans. Never contacted me to tell me they sold the truck. Three days later finally got ahold of salesman only to find out he sold the truck that day. Very bad to do business so i will take mine else where

Was a great experience at first. But they have not paid off my trade in and I have the lender asking for the payoff. Also need a windshield and kinda got the run-around with that until I got it replaced myself with the promise of a repayment. Waiting for the check to come I drove 65 miles back to their office to get the check that I was told was sitting there which wasn't ready at all. I was told to come back to get it later that day but they still don't have it ready. Great guys in sails but horrible at the follow up things.

They were awesome. I bought the truck and they went the extra mile to make the buying process painless.
Overall a good experience. I like to test drive cars before I buy and their process, although efficient does not allow for just a test drive. They require an appointment and financing to be setup before meeting. I did really like the truck and they were able to get me a great rate. My only issue is that as I was driving away the vehicle stalled. In a panic I called the sales person who was walking out the door, and tried to help. I called and left a message on their voicemail. I did eventually get their tech person who helped me get this issue resolved. But I was surprised that it took me calling multiple times to get help.

The salesman that I talked to was friendly and helpful, just a little too pushy to get the financing going. I’m not a fan of getting financed first and then you can see the vehicle. I tend to like to see the vehicle and know that I like it, before you run my credit. They say “Call to schedule a test drive.” Unfortunately it’s not that easy.

I found the sales guy Ed to be easy going and knowledgeable. There were several vehicles available that fit my general criteria. I purchased a truck and was down the road within 2 hours of arrival. One of the easiest car deals ever in my experience.
The car buying experience from ClearShift was vastly different from other
dealers. I've purchased cars from private parties and other traditional dealers
and this experience was by far the best. There was no nonsense and
everything was straightforward. Ed was very personable and easy to talk to
and made the whole experience very pleasant and comfortable. Will definitely
consider them for future purchases.
Should probally state cash only in the bio for there cars and trucks was ready to get a deal going before I got a call saying cash only huge dispointment. I’ve been looking at the truck for months and that hurt hearing I couldn’t get it when I pay off my car and finally get my dream truck. Total bummer great and nice people but damn that made me not like them

Left voice mail, sent text, emailed. Hard to get ahold of on weekends
apparently, even though their website says they are open for business on
Saturday - no response for 2 days. Tried again later in the week, again no
answer, but did receive a call back an hour or so later and told vehicle was
sold by then. Seemed nice enough, but I can't say they have great
communication, a convenient set up, or are very quick to respond when they
have interest in a vehicle. I don't have any experience outside of this since I
wasn't able to make convenient contact to set up a time to see the car I was
interested in.
