I can’t say enough about the salesperson, Darrall Wilson, and the crew he works with. They made it possible for me to purchase this suv without stepping foot on the lot- or even in Oklahoma! They took care of everything, including delivery, in an extremely timely manner. No pressure sales tactics were used. They gave me top value for my trade-in, which was thousands above some other dealerships that I had contacted. I filled out all the information, added the car to my insurance, was told by the sales man and the finance manager that the car would be held till the next day due to it being a holiday, the wire transfer was not possible that day, they sold the car to someone else and had a bad attitude toward me

They do a really good job of getting you in the door and purchasing. Very nice and personable at the beginning. Once we were out the door and bought the vehicle the lights on the dash started turning on within the first week. It seems like they don’t inspect the cars when they are used. I emailed the general manager “that’s always here if we need him”. He wouldn’t even answer the email. He had the sales man send me a text, not even a call basically saying they are not responsible. I think that’s what bothered us the most. We are now 1500 dollars into repairs and have not even made our first payment. I wouldn’t recommend this place unfortunately.

We bought a 2019 Subaru Legacy that needed a clip and an alignment and had an open recall. It was early afternoon. We wanted to pick it up the following day. Our salesman was very nice but couldn't tell us when the repairs would be done ... just that he had to schedule them. We called him in the evening and asked about the progress. He said the clip was done and the alignment was scheduled. We told him at that time we would schedule the recall repair after we picked it up. The following morning (late, about 11:00), we couldn't reach the salesman, the sales manager or anyone in the service department to find out if the repairs were done. Finally found the vehicle had been taken to the Subaru dealership for the recall repair and we wouldn't be able to pick it up for a couple of days. Total lack of communication between departments, customer and salesperson for about 24 hours. If you want to talk to them, call after noon. Acceptable overall experience.

Deceptive tactics used. The salesman was really friendly and had a great attitude and energy. I'm completely disappointed with a dealership this size not being transparent. The car has a nickel size hole in the rear bumper. This was not disclosed in the description of the car, at all. Was not pointed out in the pictures either. Was it a deal breaker, no it wasn't but not a good way to do business and build trust. Also, the finance room is where you have to watch out and look over everything. We agreed on a final price out the door and when the paperwork was done, it was $400 more than what was agreed on. I didn't catch it until later after the ink on the contract was dry. I say look at everything this dealership is doing and don't trust them as far as you can throw a boat anchor.

they did not follow up on trade. I sent all the details and got the email saying that they would get back with the bid and never did but did continue to contact me about buying. I also told the sales guy about them not following through and still didn't hear anything. It's okay I'm selling my car anyway but it kind of made me not want to deal with them after that.

First contact was stellar, car was delivered to me from Oklahoma to South Austin. Delivery was 500.00 for a driver to drive the car 441 mikes to my home and then take my trade back up to the dealership. An option for flatbed delivery would have been nice. I was already pre approved through one of the lenders via CarGurus and I sent this information to the sales rep and the finance manager who was going to assist me. They insisted that they could get a better rate, well come to find out the rate the wanted me to sign at was 3-4% higher than what my approval was for. I then said what happened to my original rate, then finance manager said he found it and would honor that rate, not to mention they also tried to sale me the car for 2k more than what was listed via car gurus, they also fixed that and honored the price. The rate on the contract is still of by .26%, I have called multiple times and have had no call back to rectify the issue. Service after the sale is what keeps you in busine

Worst experience ever. After coming to agreement on price and trade in set up a time to get the vehicle. 45min into a hour and 30 min drive they texted me that they just sold the car….. never received any satisfaction from them. Would not ever buy anything from them or recommend anyone to them.

Car was in bad shape mechanically, multitude of electrical issues , bad grinding noises in the rotating assembly. About ten minutes of research and it Showed a notorious problem with the active body control system and sounds as if the pumps are failing looks to be about a $14,000 repair from Mercedes-Benz not including the electrical issues and these sales men act like they didn’t know, what a joke. One sales mens comment was just buy a warranty and let someone else figure it out. So buy your pos that you won’t fix and screw myself ? yea I’m good , Sounds about typical of a trash stealership , stay clear of these jokers.

I am from Texas, and was ready tómale the deal just was waiting for them to send me the papers with the price locked . Suddenly nobody answers for a week. I see they raise the price on the truck, tried communicating with them again. Finally someone answered, continued with the deal and still waiting for the to send me the papers again. The day after they just sent me a message saying the truck was sold.

so when i first arrived they gave me the key to a completely different truck but it looked almost just like it but my husband caught it because of the miles was almost 50,000 higher then and it wasn't as nice so when we was gonna leave because it wasn't what we thought of course they came with the right car smh..... then we drove it loved it and then here comes all the bs first it was oh we don't need a down payment to a 500 down payment to 1000 smdh this is during okc electricity outage so we left we didn't have the money they knew this before we came the guy offer to help us before we left but we tried contacting him he gave us the run around waisted our time even told us to go a head and take a loan out even tho it wasn't the 1000 we will still take it most likely lol im happy i didn't i felt he was full of it i would go here the car was a great deal but the dealership ill pass

First off I love the car its exactly what I was looking for for my wife. The problem is the dealership as usual. I was pre approved by my bank. As soon as they found out the bank I could hear other salesmen in the lobby bad mouthing the credit union I chose. Then they tried to stick me with a $600 paperwork fee but my bank had to do all the work so finally I was able to get it down to $200. So I go to finance and the entire time the finance guy was bad mouthing the credit union I chose probably because they can't beat my C/U rate. Finally I leave with a purchase agreement and go to the C/U and come back about a hour later to pick up the car and they still haven't put a paper tag on. So once again I'm waiting for them to locate my salesman and then he takes forever to get a tag because he forgoti didn't trade anything in. Maybe if I would've paid the $600 it would've been ready I don't know. I'm not going to name any names because all dealerships are like this.

Matthew was an excellent salesman and while I had some work to do to get a car, he was able to get my husband in a car almost immediately!! He was very honest and wouldn’t let me leave the lot with a deal I couldn’t afford. He told me the necessary steps I needed to take to get my credit together. When I do, I’m going straight to Matt!!

Great experience, just went with a different car.

My experience with Bob Howard was the worst. I called to get more information about the vehicle i interested in and verify the price which was 2,000. The very next day I planned on going to purchase the vehicle and called to let the sales lady I had spoke with the day before know that I was wanting to purchase the vehicle and she informed me that they had raised the price to $2,995. I was appalled that a dealer would raise the price of a vehicle after u had decided to purchase the vehicle. I have never been treated like this ever and don't ever plan on going to Bob Howard to purchase a vehicle in the future. I was very dissatisfied with the entire process.

My wife and I enjoyed our experience with the entire Bob Howard family. Being a Vet myself, I truly enjoyed seeing and visiting with other vets employed by Bob Howard. We were made to feel right at home. After leaving with the 2012 Challenger R/T we purchased for our son to take to College we noticed a shake in the frontend at highway speed, they were quick to get the car back into the shop and noticed a wheel weight had somehow been knocked off. Extremely satisfied with the car and our experience with Bob Howard. My family and I Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality new or used vehicle.

They car I called about a day before, but when I get there they let me drive the truck and fill out paperwork and then said the truck sold the night before and someone was supposed to pick up the truck later that day... but I was there to buy it and inquired about the truck way before the night before.

Terrible ! I spent the whole day working with the internet sales manager . Got a tentative deal done . When I went to the dealership I was passed off twice and was left waiting in a sales office for 30 minutes while they worked on the paperwork . When they returned their offer was 7k less for my vehicle than what we’d already agreed upon . When I asked about it they claimed there was no Communication of previous offer . Complete waste of time and pathetic attempt at completing a sale . I’ll never darken their doorstep again .

I inquired about a vehicle listed for 1500. I asked what the bottom dollar cash out the door was. I was told with tax and fees 2000. Tax at most 200. Fees no more than 50. Then they told me someone just bought it out from under me.

Had great online price... negotiated and preapproved ready to purchase... OOOPS ... the “internet price hadn’t been updated” and price jumped 2600. Standard dealership games. They did say “sorry about that” lol.

Asked questions and did not get back to me, but with some of them. Never would tell me what the out the door price was for example, and I asked for that several times. Low prices advertised like $25,000 off of a Buick but not much response, when asked questions. Very slow to get back to me at all. Never put forth any gusto to sell a vehicle, like we also have this one etc. Tried to buy a high dollar Buick from them.

At Bob Howard the sales manager and the rep "Charles" reneged on the price when I went back to pick up the car. They were unapologetic. The rep said he, " would understand if I went somewhere else to buy a car". After talking to the manager he grudgingly offer to sell me the vehicle for an additional 500.00. I left not happy. It was a complete waste of time with very unprofessional people.

Bob Howard has entered the bait and seitch game. I always use 2 think highly of this dealership. Everytime i call about a vehichle they say its rite here on the lot when its not. I was parked on the lot wit my cell phone and the manager stated he was standing by vehichle i requested. He was lieing and i was lookn rite at him. He tried selling me a vehichle much much higher. Shame on u and u have lost a good customer. By from Bob Moore. They still have Integrity.

Typical bait and switch. Spoke to one sales person who told me they would have the car there ready and warmed up 2 hours before i got there. Upon arriving, that sales person was not there and the one that attempted to help me said they sold that car the previous night, but would be happy to show me the new cars they had on the lot. I drove all the way across town to buy this vehicle, and they did not even apologize for lying or wasting my gas.

I gave them a price and they texted me back "No Thank you". That was the whole text.They didn't offer a new price, or any price at all,They didn't ask if I wanted to look at anything. Nothing. I guess they don't want business, because they will never get mine.
