"Horrible experience! After I agree to pay a $1000 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, signed a purchase agreement, get insurance, get financing, return the plates on my old car and order aftermarket parts for the new car, I’m calling dealer several times to pick up the “new” Truck. To find out someone else already put a deposit on the car before me. Now they are slow getting me my deposit back and want to sell me something else I don’t want. Salesman was very nice !! But nice also lied to me and said they can’t bring the truck to the Chevy dealer and get the FREE recalls fixed. They cost me about $1200 for double selling that truck"

"They set up a test drive date, I was told to be there 9AM. When I got there the salesman that I spoke to wasn’t there. Another salesman showed me the car. The car looked like it came off a MadMax movie set, it was wrecked, and filthy. I decided while I was there, I d text drive it anyway. They couldn’t find the key! Either the boss was away, or the place is the most poorly managed dealerships I’ve ever been to. I’m not one to throw shade. But Its my duty to see that another poor slob don’t take a day off work and drive 40min out of their way just to get disappointed. "
