- Deal availability: The 2025 model has 39.2% good and great deals, and the 2024 model has 38.8%.

Consider waiting if:
- Powertrain/efficiency: the Corolla FX uses a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with 169 horsepower and 151 pound-feet of torque, and Toyota says the Corolla Hybrid is still available for better fuel efficiency.
- Tech: Toyota now offers a larger 10.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and the latest Toyota Audio Multimedia system.
- Safety: Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 includes forward collision warning, pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, lane centering assist, adaptive cruise control, automatic high beam headlights, and a road sign recognition system.
- Starting price: Base pricing ranges from $22,325 to $28,040, not including the $1,195 destination charge.
If you're buying used today, the 2025 model year offers the best mix of value and availability. If you want the latest tech and features, it may be worth waiting for the next model year's inventory to build up.

This car seems to be in great shape, mechanical wise and it seems very clean and well kept. I would try n get it myself but I need cruise control and this one doesn't have it. Most toyotas are dependable cars, that's why I'm looking for a Toyota Corolla.

Excellent reliability. Drives smooth. Only minor downsides are it only has usbc ports, center console is small, driver window controls are positioned weirdly and lastly the sound proofing is a little weak. The car is definitely a solid move and the pros out weighs the cons.

Why it stands out
The 2024 Toyota Corolla stands out because it combines broad appeal with a wide range of body styles and powertrains. This generation is described as offering more style and desirability than recent Corolla models, with sharp-looking sedan and hatchback designs, arrow-shaped headlamps, balanced proportions, and sculpted sides. It also brings high-tech safety features, and the lineup includes the Corolla sedan, Corolla hatchback, Corolla Hybrid, and GR Corolla, giving buyers an unusually varied set of choices for a compact car.
For 2024, Toyota brought back the Nightshade Edition, which adds black exterior badging and bronze 18-inch wheels and is available across the sedan, hatchback, and hybrid variants. Wireless phone charging also became standard on XLE and XSE sedans and XSE hatchbacks. The GR Corolla lineup expanded with a Premium trim featuring Torsen limited-slip differentials, red brake calipers, and suede upholstery. Under the hood, the hybrid combines a 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine with electric motors for 121 combined horsepower and 52 mpg combined fuel economy, while gas models use a 2.0-liter engine with 169 horsepower.
The 2024 Corolla’s appeal is rooted in its practicality and reputation. The generation is presented as well equipped, and the Corolla’s long-standing strengths of reliability and low running costs remain central to its identity. Its main limitations are also familiar: some versions are bland, the engine choice is limited for many buyers, and the car is not aimed at people who want something especially thrilling or flashy.
