• Limited: This trim adds a 360-degree camera system and can be a smart step up if you want more convenience and visibility features.
• Limited XT: This version adds the XT power boost and pairs it with the Limited trim’s equipment, making it the best-value choice if you want stronger performance with added features.

What Subaru Solterra do most buyers choose?

The Subaru Solterra years with the most listings are 2024, 2023, and 2025.

Higher-volume years tend to draw more shoppers because they usually offer more selection and more pricing competition. That combination can make it easier to find the right color, trim, and mileage mix.

What is the Subaru Solterra's resale value?

Both model years show lower prices than a year ago, which is good news if you’re shopping used. The larger drop on the older year gives you a stronger discount, while the newer year still shows meaningful movement lower.
