These Saab 9-3 SportCombi wagons are an incredible value. I bought the 4 cylinder which has really good gas mileage, plenty of space in the back (which works great for a small family), handles really well, and is fun to drive for me. I am super excited about this purchase and will enjoy this Saab for many many years!

This is the best car I have ever owned. I have the car for about one year so I can't really comment on the maintenance but I can say that the overall quality of the car is excellent. There are no squeaks and rattles even though is is over five years old. Performance and handling are great for a station wagon. When the turbo kicks in this baby flies. The car has good traction and handles well on ice and snow. The gas milage is a little low - I can go about 360 Km on one tank in mostly city driving. In retrospect I should have looked for a 5 speed instead of the automatic as it is probably more fun to drive and gets better gas milage.

The Saab 93SC Handles amazingly with it's passive rear steering I look for all the sharp bends I can find. Our Sport-Combi is extremely comfortable with leather interior standard and optional heated seats. The fuel economy is great with 32 mpg. We added a cold air intake and now instead of the 210 crank hp stock we had it on the dyno and now have a whopping 251 hp to the wheels from our little 4 cylinder 2.0T( high pressure turbo)! If you have never had the pleasure of driving one of these cars you need to go to your nearest dealer and test drive one. It is the best kept secret on the market!

Performance - acceleration good 0-60 about 5.5 sec, braking good, handling good, Seat comfort good Build Quality - No major repair done. But some small repairs. Appearance - Exterior looks sharp and beautiful. Interior looks simple. Some cheap looking plastic. Cost of Ownership - gas mileage 20~21mpg, maintenance free until 3yrs 30K miles Fun Factor - This car is fun to drive on the highway

The Euro-luxury wagon fills the slot for a roomier yet not overwhelming well-handling car with increased utility. More importantly, it provides a wonderful option for those who want more function without additional height.
Like the other models that bear the 9-3 name, the junior Sport-Combi comes in two trims denoted by engine: the 2.0T with its four-cylinder powerplant and the Aero, which features a turbocharged V6. It also naturally features the jet-inspired cockpit and other elements that lend to Saab's aeronautic beginnings, the most evident of which is its overall aerodynamic design.
Saab did no skimping on safety equipment or comfort amenities. The list of standard equipment includes all types of airbags, the latest technology in vehicle control, leather seating, and automatic dual climate control.
