I found the car online, Al was responsive, offered to meet my terms which were all based on the fair internet pricing. I told him that I needed to be in and out quickly because of some home repair needs (I drive 90 miles there), and he had it all ready for me. Through the buying and review process, Al was extremely helpful and forward. I had a small concern about the car I was looking at, and Al went out of his way to fully and completely address these concerns. Car itself is superb. A "private jet" type of a car at the price of a normal family sedan (it was certified pre-owned). I worked with a sales gentleman named Mike Keaton who was absolutely great. Very friendly, cordial, and sincere (big guy). Really, really nice and helpful guy. At no times I ever felt there was some murky game or pushing. It was a fair, respectful, and extremely positive experience. This kind of treatment of the customer wants me to come back and do service there, send my family members there, etc. I am typically very selective of car shops because I like and know cars, and I like for the experience to be one of the mutual respect and fun, and not of an arm twisting or humiliation. I wish I could give this place six stars. I wish all the car dealerships are like this."
