It’s a good car. It’s a good first car for people that want to get into it

The interior looks awesome with the red and black seats. The dark gray Nismo alloy rims are a nice contrast to the silver body. The car handles great on dry pavement but the back end can get squirrely on wet pavement. The tires are new but can wear around 30k miles due to the camber tires. When the tires wear it starts to get louder inside. The car accelerates nicely and the large Brembo brakes stops it quickly. The doors are heavy and it feels like a larger safer car. The ride is stiff yet comfortable. Overall it's a very fun car to drive and I enjoyed owning it. I have never drifted this car or abused it. The hardest I was on the car was testing the top speed on a desert road. Top speed was just under 160 mph. This car has always used synthetic oil since the 1st oil change with changes done on a regular basis approx. every 4k miles.

this is truely an amazing car. as soon as you climb into it, you have this sensation knowing you are in a true sports car. the sleek interior allows for complete fuctionallity for the driver. plenty of foot room, for even the biggest of passengers. the sheer power of the engine is well rounded, just to tap on the gas is enough to feel the car come to life. with adding a cold air intake it just goads to drive harder over 4000 rpms. its not hard to bring this car into to triple digits speeds without hardly realizing it. The Suspension is truely responsive stock. no doubt you can attack any corner with having minimal body roll. it may not be the fastest down the straight away but when it comes to cornering, this car will have them beat. styling for this car is one to truely stand out. no joke to get heads turning as i drive along in my Z. the aerodynamics of this car very much so take away that wind pushing you along the road, you actually feel how you are cutting through the air, a sheer sense you own the road. as for gas mileage what can you expect from a sports car. im certainly happy with what i get. i run premium quality gasoline through this car only. in town i seem to average 14-16 mpg and 24 once out on the open road. not bad for stock standards. im sure with a few minor tweeks and addons i would be able to inprove this. now im no mechanic bu i certainly know my way around an engine bay, but compared to many newer cars where they have just as much electronics running the engine as they do mechanics. this one is certainly much easier to work around. engine is quite compact and easy to see whats going on. this car is fun to drive. very comfortable as a daily driver, yet sporty enough to feel like you are in control of the road. if you ever get a chance, take a test drive, see what you are missing. even if you get a chance to just cruise along in one. definately one car to check out.

I love this car. It handles great from the factory and has an engine which allows the driver to exploit these dynamics. The VQ35 has a wide power band which suits most driving styles. The engine revs cleanly and has a very flat torque curve. The brembo brakes are super strong & for most applications are fade free. The interior of the car does not quite match the looks. There are a few squeaks & rattles and the material on the kick panels marks easily. The switches for the seat heaters are poorly positioned but this was corrected in the update model.

Overview
The release of the Nissan 350Z in 2002 marked the launch of the fifth generation of Nissan's popular Z-car series. Z-cars are noted for their good looks and power while still remaining affordable.
The previous Z-car run had ended in 1996, so for many years Nissan had no sports car in its lineup. The 350Z was an important part in Nissan's reemergence from near-bankruptcy, signaling a renewed interest in producing performance cars and not just boring sedans.
The 350Z's styling is notably different from its predecessors, featuring a more rounded look. Nissan's tuning division, Nismo, produced a performance model with a longer nose that harkens back to the Z's of the past. It is available in several trims and as a convertible.
The 350Z's competitors are the Mazda RX-8 and the Mitsubishi Eclipse.
