They did not present themselves professionally. The cars in the lot were all dirty and a mess. The salesman knew absolutely nothing about the car and when we began to ask questions he had to lookup on his phone answers to them. I knew more about the CARFAX than they did. The tires were bald, the engine was clicking, the car was pretty near it’s way out and they were attempting to sell it for $14,000 (Hyundai Genesis Coupe). When I brought up the issues (bald tires, engine, interior, etc), the salesman said “Well that’s how we got the car, why would we fix it if we didn’t do it.” And their reply for the tires were “you can get a brand new tire for $25.” They were awful at coming up with logical approaches to overcome objections. When I asked to test drive the car, the salesman ignored my request and said “are you paying cash or are you financing?” At that point I had enough and walked away. He was very lazy, so lazy in fact that he never even introduced himself to me. If it were possible to give this dealer a negative review, I would. A one star rating is a lot more than they deserve."
