What people are saying:

4.4

The Mitsubishi Eclipse has been well-loved by owners for its sporty design and fun driving experience across its model years. Many drivers appreciate the strong performance, responsive handling, and entertaining acceleration, particularly when equipped with manual transmissions. However, there are some consistent complaints regarding limited passenger and cargo space, as well as issues with reliability in certain models. Overall, the Eclipse is seen as an enjoyable option for those looking for a stylish and spirited vehicle, though practicality may not be its strongest suit.

I have gone though stages of these kind of DSM's. First was a FWD Auto, Second was a AWD Auto and finally now I got the best of them all. This car just overall is great. I LOVE IT!!! Go DSM's!!!

Best car I have ever driven or owned. The quality of the car is amazing. I love the feel of it. The performance is nice, has some get up and go to it. It is an affordable sports car that if you don't have, you should get.

the performance of this car was rediculous the acceleration was uncanny for a front wheel drive. the transmission was very smooth and easy to get into gear. the transmission in first was longer than i thought and didnt mind being stomped on.brakes were great a little touchy at times. handling was great other than the horrible blind spot behind the drivers head. Rarely needed to be fix as it was new jus the regular maintance check ups. the look of the car was a nice different to the older model. it showed appeal and innovation.foglights in front with powerful halogen lights the original body was sporty and well built gas was't to expensive as it was a 6 speed manual maintance was easy This car is a blast to drive and i would recommend it to any of my friends and family

Its a blast to drive...I wish the build was better (more feeling to the ground) but Ive modified mine ...(cold air intake exhaust headers etc..) but other than that its a great car. Great starter car for those who want a kick but don't want to break the bank. Overall I'd recommend this car to anyone who wants to have fun driving and turn heads in the process.
