Key things to evaluate:

• Safety package: MB.Drive Assist Pro, with lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitors, forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, traffic-sign and speed-limit recognition, evasive steering assist, and adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go functionality.
• Infotainment: Mercedes’ Superscreen display with three 12.3-inch screens, MB.OS, AI-enhanced voice control, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Which Mercedes-Benz GLE trim should I buy?

The 2027 Mercedes-Benz GLE offers these trims:

• GLE 350 4Matic: Best if you want the entry point with the turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder, 255 horsepower, standard 4Matic AWD, and the core luxury equipment.
• GLE 450 4Matic: The best-value trim for many shoppers, adding the turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six with 375 hp and 413 lb-ft, plus a stronger all-around balance.
• GLE 500e 4Matic: The plug-in hybrid choice, pairing an inline-six with an electric motor for 429 hp and 502 lb-ft, along with DC fast charging and about 50 miles of electric range.

What Mercedes-Benz GLE do most buyers choose?

The Mercedes-Benz GLE years with the most listings are 2025, 2024, and 2023.

These higher-volume years tend to be popular because they give you more inventory to compare, which can make it easier to find the right trim, color, and price. They also sit close to the sweet spot between newer features and used-car pricing.

What is the Mercedes-Benz GLE's resale value?

Most model years are down year over year, which creates better opportunities for used buyers. The biggest drops are in the double digits, so recent-model shoppers may find more room to negotiate than they would on a vehicle with a smaller decline. A few years are falling less sharply, which suggests stronger retention at the newer end of the lineup.

The 2026, 2017, and 2019 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.
