Interesting car to drive. Perfect for learning, strong and resistant car especialy on hits at the lower speeds. Fun to drive on snow and rain because of rear drive and the lack of electronic aids. A large wheel base allows a smooth ride. Old technology and unattractive appearance cause drop in retail price.

Lada Riva AKA Lada 2105 is one of the best Russian cars. realy solid, not so heavy, but at the same time agile, realy recommend to everyone to try driving and then you'll see what I mean

Awesome car, ugly, unloved and a bit slow, but it more than makes up for it in character. It has more rattles and squeaks than a baby toy factory, but I love the puzzled looks it gets as I roll by in my lowered Lada! I'd recommend it to anyone, if only for the comedy factor

* Performance - acceleration, braking, handling Poor performance, major upgrades needed. * Build Quality - has it needed repairs? squeaks/rattles Quite good quality, needs no more repairing than any other. * Appearance - both interior and exterior styling First thing to do - throw out the seats and get a new ones. * Cost of Ownership - gas mileage, maintenance Maintenance is extremely low, although it's a gas eater. * Fun Factor - is this car fun to drive? Not easy, but fun for sure.
