Is the INFINITI Q50 a good car?
Yes — the INFINITI Q50 earns strong marks from owners across its long run, and its appeal centers on power, style, and a premium feel. The all-generations owner rating is 4.7/5 across every model year in the data.

Same class as the bmw 5 series, while might not hug the road as well, it does everything else better, plus way more reliable, at a price far below the BMW.

Why it stands out
The 2023 INFINITI Q50 stands out as a sedan that still leans into style and performance at a time when many shoppers are moving toward crossovers and SUVs. It is described as offering power and style, and its design is one of its clear strengths. For buyers who still want a traditional sedan, that combination gives the Q50 a distinct appeal.
It also brings a powerful engine and easy-to-use technology, which help make it feel straightforward and satisfying to live with. At the same time, the Q50 has some notable drawbacks: its fuel economy is poor, its technology is considered outdated, and it is viewed as poor value for money. The result is a car with real character and strong presence, but one that asks buyers to accept some compromises.
