FIAT Bravo Overview
The Fiat Bravo, a sporty hatchback launched in 2007, brings back a name from Fiat's corporate history. Fiat seems to be banking on fond memories of the Bravo and Brava, its hatchbacks from 1995-2001, to wipe out the memory of the rather disastrous Stilo.
Of course, the Bravo has more to offer than just its name. The swoopy stylings and outstanding fuel economy are likely to attract attention from buyers looking for solid, efficient transportation with a little fun.
Right now, the Bravo is available only in Italy; Fiat plans to roll it out in the rest of Europe during calendar 2007. When is it coming to North America? Watch this space!

The FIAT Bravo receives praise for its stylish design, strong engine performance, and good value for money. Many owners enjoy the enjoyable driving experience, particularly with the 150 T-Jet engine, while also appreciating the low maintenance costs. However, some drivers have highlighted issues with steering sensitivity at high speeds, poor build quality, and a lack of feedback in the brakes, which can detract from the overall enjoyment of the car.

What people say
Nice torquey engine, precise steering. Awesome engine sound.
Pure italian design at its best with good looking interioirs and breathtaking exteriors. An example of when you design something with great care and detail and join them up together to form a work of art...Awesome drive....good value for money and very very sexy:)
Best FIAT to date, just a shame about the fact other drivers seem to use it to bump into. 150 T-Jet engine is amazing (for a 1.4L car). Comfortable to drive and plenty of gizmos like dual-zone climate control and Blue&Me. Also now that they've updated the blue&Me system, I can pair and charge my iPhone 4. Downside, it does go through tyres like there's no tomorrow...guess that's what I get for not going for the sport version which has traction control.
Poor Build Quality lets this car down and makes me wish i had gone for a Leon, Golf or Focus. Sport Mode makes the car more lively to drive on those empty country rodes when you can find one.the Blue and Me System works well and removes the needs for cds in the car. Good gaps between services intervals. MPG is not too bad if drive senisble can hit high 30s but then who wants to drive sensibly. The car looks better than most of it competitors which. The brakes lack feeling and seem to have different properties each time they are applies. Grip is ok at best. It beats walking for sure
The engine is solid and durable, ad that to low diesel consumption and you have a great italian stylish everyday car. By lowering it 30/30 mm and adding some new wheels and original HGT leather interior the overall appearance dramaticly raises. Maintainance and insurance also cheap and affordable for most people!
