After speaking with a sales representative at Tri- City I made the commitment to make the 7 Hour drive to test drive and purchase the Cadillac EXT. I asked if a deposit was necessary to hold the vehicle. The sales rep told me that was not necessary. An hour later I received a callback from the same sales representative to tell me someone "that lives two hours away had already called for the vehicle". I was stunned and disappointed. There was no mention made as to whether or not the other buyer had already made a deposit on the vehicle. However, the sales rep gave me no indication that that was the case. Considering that I was willing to drive 7 hours and pay cash for the vehicle I felt that the way that they handled this was a very unprofessional. A laughable sidenote was that their Internet Sales Manager didn't call me back until two days later to find out if I had any questions on the Cadillac EXT. He had no clue that the car had already been sold. Again, very unprofessional. "
