Customer service was horrible, you woman picked up the phone never said hey or anything I spoke first. They also hung up the phone several times and the manager put me on hold without telling g me to even hold on. I never made it to the dealer due to this first impression and I won’t. Car was hit in the front left you can see the blend work , door and hood not lined up along well th b pillar. It’s lipstick on the pig here. Won’t be coming back

Went to this dealer to look at a vehicle, the price advertised was changed to a higher price, by a considerable amount, said it was a mistake. Ok, dealt with that but didnt start off well. Dealer said pricing was based on other internet similar vehicles, problem was, this vehicle was in no way in the internal condition of other vehicles of the same make, model, year etc. High mileage, next to no warranty, an unwilling to talk price. Felt bad for the new salesperson. Moved on.

I see a comment with somebody saying they were rejected because they wanted to pay cash? I asked for financing and they said they don’t do it. So maybe they don’t want to sell cars right now

Went to see the vehicle looking in very bad shape they had to pull out jump starter cables to start it soon as you turn it off it wouldn't start again they had it out back like it's been there for over a year collecting dust they need to clean it off and fix it up it looked it in very bad shape to me

Rspondedto my inquiry but after they found out i wouldnt be financing the car and wanted to pay cash and make a deal they ghosted me. Happend to me 2 times this go around

I drove over an hour to test drive. Vehicle was not ready as they needed to do some mechanical work. I waited for a week for call back as they promised to sell to me when done. The sold the truck without contacting me. Not true to their word. Waist of my time and effort. Not trustworthy.

Contacted dealer about looking at a vehicle, they wanted to know when. I just showed up. Aside from the KBB estimated pricing being so so and the burn holes in upholstery , I was still interested. Until I noticed the 10"x10" oil patch under truck. They could say there was a different vehicle parked there before, but the "spot" still wet and the FLAT rear tire surrounded by leaves is a dead giveaway. AND dont negotiate prices or offer warranties,...VERY SKETCHY

They did send me an email, but I was a little disappointed that I did not hear back from them one way or another regarding the finance application I submitted. I had to call them. It did not make me feel like they were extremely interested in selling the vehicle.

I called about a car, did the online loan app.. No one ever called back.. Days later I called, was told I was approved.. But the guy wasn’t interested in selling it..The Van is still sitting there and they just dropped the price by $2000.. So don’t waste your time here..
