The Datsun 280Z has earned a loyal following among drivers for its powerful straight-six engine, thrilling performance, and classic styling across all model years. Owners consistently praise its enjoyable handling and the nostalgia it brings. However, drivers often express concerns about rust issues, practicality, and higher maintenance costs associated with older models. While it may lack the speed and refinement of modern sports cars, the unique driving experience helps it stand out in the hearts of many enthusiasts.

Amazing cars, the history alone speak for itself. While by today's standards they aren't the fastest, it's is still quick. Parts are cheap and relatively easy to find. It's easy to work on and is fuel-injected so it's reliable.

I love the straight 6 that sits under the hood. Its torquey but handles extremely well. It handles beautifully and can be modified. It won the rally competitions when it first came out and paved a road for alot of the new cars of today such as the 350z for starters.

the Z lives up to its fame, its light body weight a mere 1020kg with its 2.8L straight 6 and fully independent suspension make it great. who doesn't like the body styling. (nothing more needs to be sayed about the Z)

It's a fun car to drive and the kids love the front grill! It took 3 years for Gary to finish this car.......but he loved every minute of it. He loves tinkering on it and taking it out for a Sunday drive along the lakeshore.
