My parents bought a truck from them in the late 90’s when I was a teenager. Thought it was going to be a great experience. I was told over the phone by the sales manager that he could meet my needs. He was aware of the long distance that I would need to travel to make the deal. He proceeded to run the numbers over the phone and said we had a deal and to come on down. When I got there the numbers that were discussed were no longer on the table. Not even close. When I asked about what was discussed over the phone I was told that wasn’t possible. The sales manager didn’t even come out to meet or great and try to smooth the situation over or even work with me. Not professional at all. I wouldn’t even waste your time with them when your looking for a car or truck."

If it's there in the Carsguru webpage i can't find it. Didn't know about the dealer fee until we sat down to finalize the deal. 2) First document I was required to sign stated something to the effect that I was aware of structural/frame damage to the car, but the Carfax and other reports stated no accidents, no frame damage. So supposedly, there was no frame damage, which if there were, i would not buy the car, but I was told that it was a standard document that was required in order to buy the car, and there was no frame damage. So, i was being asked to sign a doc that said I am aware of frame damage, when there wasn't (?). I offered to annotate and initial the document with - "No" (eg I am aware that there is "NO" frame damage..), but was told that i could not alter the document in anyway. At that point I stated that I could not sign the document, and was told they could not sell the car if i didn't sign. I did not sign, and did not buy the car. "
