What Chevrolet Equinox EV do most buyers choose?

The Chevrolet Equinox EV years with the most listings are 2025, 2024, and 2026.

Higher-volume years usually draw more shoppers because they give you more inventory to compare, which can make it easier to find the right price, color, and equipment. They also tend to be the years most buyers cross-shop first when looking for the best mix of availability and value.

What is the Chevrolet Equinox EV's resale value?

Both model years show lower prices than they did a year ago, which is good news if you're shopping used. The larger drop on one year points to stronger buyer leverage there, while the smaller decline on the other suggests it has softened less over the same period. Overall, the pattern favors used buyers looking for recent-model EV value.

The 2025 and 2024 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.

Is the Chevrolet Equinox EV safe?

• 2025: 8/10
• 2024: 8/10

All Equinox models come with frontal collision warning with automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, a blind-spot monitor with steering intervention, and automatic high beams.

For the safest used buy, the 2024 and 2025 models both post the highest confirmed score of 8/10.

Should I buy a used Chevrolet Equinox EV now or wait for the next model?

Buy now if:

• Price trend: The 2025 model is at −5.88% versus a year ago, and the 2024 model is at −11.06%.
• Deal availability: The 2025 model has 38.9% good and great deals, and the 2024 model has 39.1%.
• Sweet-spot year: The 2025 model has the most listings at a current average price of $26,893. The Chevrolet Equinox EV offers a comfortable ride, plenty of cargo space, and a practical everyday character that suits family use.

Consider waiting if:

• Range & charging: In standard form, the Chevrolet Equinox EV comes with a single 220-horsepower electric motor and front-wheel drive (FWD), the EPA estimates the front-drive Equinox EV will return up to 319 miles of range on a single charge, and DC fast charging is also included and has a maximum rate of 150 kW.
• Tech: The Equinox EV's infotainment system benefits from the large 17.7-inch touchscreen that displays sharp graphics with quick responses, and the system is powered with Google Built-in.
• Safety: For added assurance, the optional Active Safety Package 2 upgrades to a surround-view camera system with rear pedestrian alerts, and the Active Safety Package 3 steps it up with a semi-automated parking system and the Super Cruise automated hands-free highway driving system.
• Starting price: The 2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV has a manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) starting at $34,995 for the LT base model with FWD.

If you're buying used today, the 2025 model year offers the best mix of value and availability. If you want the latest tech and features, it may be worth waiting for the next model year's inventory to build up.
