• Luxury: Adds leather seating, a Bose stereo, a navigation system, some safety tech, and 17-inch, 10-spoke wheels.
• Performance: Adds magnetic ride control, surround view, parking sensors, 18-inch wheels, and automatic parking assist; this is the best-value trim if you want a richer feature set without going all the way up the range.

What Cadillac CTS do most buyers choose?

The Cadillac CTS years with the most listings are 2015, 2014, and 2016.

The highest-volume years tend to be the easiest to shop because you usually get more listings to compare and more chances to find the right color, mileage, and equipment mix. They also often become popular used picks because they sit in a sweet spot between price, availability, and feature content.

What is the Cadillac CTS's resale value?

The CTS shows broad year-over-year price declines across the model years in the table, which can work in your favor if you're shopping used. The steepest drops are concentrated in the newer years, while the older years move down more slowly. That pattern suggests you may find stronger value in recent model years while still seeing relatively stable pricing at the lower end of the range.

The 2014, 2015, and 2018 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.

Is the Cadillac CTS safe?

• 2016: 9/10
• 2015: 9/10

For the safest used buy, the 2015 and 2016 models both post the highest confirmed score of 9/10.
