I still own this vehicle , I still Love this vehicle, no matter what headaches it throws my way. I searched for this particular Enclave for 6 months before i found the ONE that I wanted for the mileage, the 1 owner, price, with the options that this one has, all the way down to the color - inside and out.

"They responded, but never answered my questions. All I got were form emails telling me the vehicle was available and that I should call to ale an appointment to come in.
All I really wanted to know were simple things like what color the vehicle was, if it was a crew cab, etc. things that should have been on the ad to begin with. When I initially sent in my request I outlined my requests, and then outlined then again after I got the first form email.
I ended up buying a vehicle from a dealer that took the time to listen and answer questions. I then asked the dealer to stop sending me anything after the second email that, once again, ignored my original questions."
