They sold it to me at wholesale price,as is. I ran Walter to death checking this and that then something else. He went leaps and bounds above and beyond what is expected for a buy as is vehicle. My wife and I flew up to get it and paperwork was all in order ready to be signed. After completing all the paperwork,Matt went outside with us and went over all the bells and whistles and answered every question we could come up with. Dealer Rating: (19 reviews) "Dealers were responsive when I first requested confirmation about vehicle availability, responsive enough when I came in for a test drive and filled out initial paperwork but then after determining interest rate options (via text) the sales rep acted as though I hadn't already explicitly outlined what I was looking for in price. When I pressed for clarification on how the payment was calculated, he stated that he'd only discounted the car $400 off list- not the much larger discount I had expressly outlined in person previously that day. He stopped replying to requests for clarification (mid sale!) and 2.5 days later I still hadn't received a reply. I called the dealership and asked for a sales manager only to be sent to voice mail for someone else who never even bothered to return my message. So, wasted 4 days waiting on this dealership and while this car is still posted for sale today on their site, I just bought the same exact car (same feature package and same miles) but 1 year newer, 1% better interest rate, and $1,000 cheaper. I guess I should thank them for being so unprofessional! "
