"We had a terrible experience. We called ahead to confirm the car was available and drove an hour to see the car. We got there, signed in and waited for about 20 mins and then started walking around the lot. We could not find the car we were to test drive and asked about it. They told us it was stolen the night before. So first we called and they said it was there, then we show up and they still don't say the car is gone until we ask about it. So we drove an hour each way for a car that was not available and they new it."
