What Acura RDX do most buyers choose?

The Acura RDX years with the most listings are 2024, 2023, and 2022.

Those higher-volume years tend to be the most popular used picks because they offer the broadest mix of availability, pricing, and deal opportunities. They also give you more room to compare condition, mileage, and equipment across many listings.

What is the Acura RDX's resale value?

Most Acura RDX model years are moving lower year over year, which is good news if you’re shopping used and want more room to negotiate. The newer models show some of the largest drops, while older examples are changing more slowly. That pattern gives you a mix of stronger value on recent years and steadier pricing on the oldest ones.

The 2014, 2017, and 2018 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.

Should I buy a used Acura RDX now or wait for the next model?

Buy now if:

• Price trend: The 2025 model is at −7.63% versus a year ago, and the 2024 model is at −8.72%.
• Deal availability: The 2025 model has 39.5% good and great deals, and the 2024 model has 40.1%.
• Sweet-spot year: The 2024 model has the most listings at a current average price of $37,513. The Acura RDX offers a roomy cabin, strong everyday practicality, and a comfortable ride that make it easy to live with.

Consider waiting if:

• Powertrain/efficiency: Under the RDX’s hood, a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine supplies a robust 272 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque, and the official EPA fuel economy rating is 23 mpg in combined driving.
• Tech: The infotainment system offers wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, and Alexa Built-in.
• Safety: AcuraWatch is the name of the standard safety features package, and higher trim levels also offer low-speed front and rear braking and a surround-view camera system.
• Starting price: Prices range from $44,700 to $52,450.

If you're buying used today, the 2024 model year offers the best mix of value and availability. If you want the latest tech and features, it may be worth waiting for the next model year's inventory to build up.
