New & Used 2026 Nissan Kicks for SaleNationwide

Is the 2026 Nissan Kicks a good car?

The 2026 Nissan Kicks is a strong value-focused small SUV that emphasizes style, everyday usability, and a more polished feel than before. It is part of the model’s second generation, which brought more power, a more stylish design, and a greater degree of driving sophistication. It also offers all-wheel drive, which expands its appeal if you want extra traction without stepping up to a larger SUV.

The Kicks also gives you a practical mix of space, tech, and safety equipment. You get a roomier cabin than before, a larger second row, improved cargo space, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto on the base model, and standard driver-assistance features such as brake assist, Blind Spot Warning, Intelligent Cruise Control, and Safety Shield 360.

If you want a small SUV that keeps purchase and running costs in check while still feeling useful and modern, the 2026 Kicks fits that brief well. 38.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests a moderate market with some room for selective shoppers.

Is the 2026 Nissan Kicks reliable?

The 2026 Nissan Kicks is presented as a practical, everyday small SUV with a focus on value, usability, and a more refined overall package than before. Its standard safety and driver-assistance equipment, along with its straightforward gasoline powertrain, support that practical mission.

You should still expect the usual used-car ownership tradeoffs to matter, especially because the Kicks uses a CVT and the engine can sometimes sound unrefined. For long-term ownership, that means careful maintenance history and a thorough test drive matter more than chasing the lowest price alone.

What should I look for when buying a used 2026 Nissan Kicks?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and verify that the vehicle’s condition matches its listing description. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on the transmission behavior, cabin wear, and any signs of uneven use, since those details matter most on a value-oriented small SUV.

Should I buy a 2026 Nissan Kicks or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2026 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2026 if:

• 38.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

Consider the 2025 if:

• It delivers a redesigned, value-packed package with strong everyday appeal.

The bottom line: If you want the more polished and more capable version of the Kicks, the 2026 is the better primary choice. If your priority is stretching your budget as far as possible, the 2025 is the better secondary path to compare because it still delivers the model’s core value proposition.
