New & Used 2026 Honda Odyssey for Sale nearContoocook, NH

Is the 2026 Honda Odyssey a good car?

The 2026 Honda Odyssey is a strong family hauler if you want comfort, practicality, and easy driving in a minivan package. It uses a 3.5-liter V6, and Honda says it makes 280 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque, while the lighter, more rigid unibody structure is meant to help the cabin stay quieter and feel more refined over time.

For family use, the Odyssey leans into convenience with seating for seven or eight, available CabinTalk and CabinWatch, a rear entertainment setup, Magic Slide second-row seats, wireless phone charging, and an 11-speaker audio system. It also comes with Honda Sensing, a multi-angle rearview camera, and adaptive cruise control with low-speed follow, which makes it appealing if you want a well-equipped daily driver that feels easy to live with.

The tradeoffs are that it does not offer all-wheel drive or a hybrid version, and some rivals are more versatile for cargo. Still, if you value a comfortable, feature-rich minivan and are willing to pay for Honda’s reputation and safety focus, the market looks supportive: 41.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.

Is the 2026 Honda Odyssey reliable?

The 2026 Honda Odyssey is presented as a durable, family-focused minivan with a robust unibody structure that Honda says is lighter and more rigid than before. That design is meant to support a quieter cabin and fewer rattles and squeaks over time, which is a good sign for long-term day-to-day use.

It also keeps a straightforward gasoline V6 setup rather than adding more complex powertrain choices, and its safety and convenience equipment are aimed at making ownership easier rather than more complicated. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that you may still be paying a premium for a minivan that is not the cheapest option in its class.

What should I look for when buying a used 2026 Honda Odyssey?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the van’s maintenance and accident records line up with the seller’s claims. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you are looking at a higher-mileage example or one with lots of family-duty use. Focus on overall condition, interior wear, and how well the cabin features and safety systems work, since those are major parts of the Odyssey’s value.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2026 Honda Odyssey?

This looks like a favorable time for buyers because the market offers a solid mix of deal availability and clean inventory. You have enough listings to compare options, and the share of accident-free examples is especially strong.

• Deal availability: 41.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 2,595 listings available.
• Clean inventory: 90.4% of listings are accident-free.

Should I buy a 2026 Honda Odyssey or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2026 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2026 if:

• 41.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

Consider the 2025 if:

• It adds updated tech, including a refreshed touchscreen and rear-seat entertainment.

The bottom line: If you want the newer model-year experience and a strong pool of clean listings, the 2026 is the better default choice. If your priority is stretching your budget, the 2025 is the more price-sensitive path and still gives you the core Odyssey strengths that matter most for family use.
