New & Used 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona for Sale nearKey West, FL

Is the 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona a good car?

The 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona earns a 7.8/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel and Safety.

It stands out as an electric muscle car that successfully brings the Charger’s retro style and rippling muscle into the modern age, and the four-door body adds extra practicality without losing the car’s visual presence. It also delivers a spacious cabin and genuinely strong performance, which makes it appealing if you want something dramatic and usable.

The trade-offs are real: visibility is poor, the interior materials seem cheap, and the touchscreen response is sluggish. Those drawbacks matter more because the car’s price pushes it into luxury-car territory, so you may expect more polish than it delivers.

With 32.8% of listings priced as good or great deals, the market gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona reliable?

The 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona is presented as a modern electric performance car with a strong emphasis on hardware, software, and everyday usability. Its electric drivetrain is described as a game-changer for handling, and the AWD setup helps make repeated hard acceleration feel more controlled than in older rear-drive muscle cars.

The performance content also points to a robust battery-and-charging setup, with a usable battery capacity of 93.9 kWh and support for 350-kW DC fast charging. At home, the car can be charged overnight on an 11-kW AC station, which is the kind of routine that generally suits EV ownership well.

Dodge also includes EV Pages for charging schedules and station finding, which should help you manage ownership more smoothly. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is making sure the battery, charging system, and software all remain healthy as mileage accumulates.

What should I look for when buying a used 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 98% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially because this car’s value depends heavily on condition and equipment. Focus on the cabin, infotainment behavior, charging performance, and whether the car’s features work as intended, since the model’s appeal is tied closely to its tech and hardware.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The four-door and two-door body styles are both offered only in Scat Pack trim, and the lineup also includes option packages such as Plus Group, Blacktop Package, Track Package, and Carbon & Suede Package. The base setup is already well equipped, but the available packages add meaningful comfort, appearance, and performance upgrades.
• Powertrain: The car uses two 250-kilowatt electric motors, one front and one rear, for AWD. Output is 630 hp and 627 lb-ft normally, with 670 hp available through Power Shot. Efficiency is listed at 47 kWh per 100 miles, and the car can feel especially quick in real-world passing and merging.
• Safety package: Active Driving Assist is the named driver-assistance suite, and it uses adaptive cruise control plus lane-centering assist. Standard equipment also includes forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and parking sensors to the front, side, and rear. Surround-view cameras and a blind-spot camera are included only with the available Plus Group.
• Infotainment: You get a 12.3-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen, a 16-inch digital instrument display, and a head-up display. Wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, and over-the-air-style connected features are part of the setup, along with EV Pages and performance-oriented screens.
• Range & charging: The battery pack is 100.5 kWh, with 93.9 kWh usable. DC fast charging from 20% to 80% takes 24 minutes, and home charging on an 11-kW AC station takes 5.4 hours for the same range of charge.
• Battery health: On a used EV, ask for battery state-of-health information, review charging habits, and confirm whether the car has spent most of its life on home charging or frequent DC fast charging. Also check how much of the battery warranty remains so you know what protection you still have.

Which 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona trim should I buy?

The 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona is offered in 1 trim level: Scat Pack.

Here's the short version:

The Scat Pack is the trim to buy because it is the only one explicitly offered here, and it already brings the Charger Daytona’s core appeal: huge power, AWD traction, strong performance hardware, and the full retro-muscle look. If you want the best version of this car as described, this is the one to focus on, and the available packages are where you can tailor comfort, appearance, and track-oriented equipment.

The safety package is standard across the lineup, while surround-view cameras and a blind-spot camera are reserved for the available Plus Group.

Is the 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona safe?

The Charger Daytona’s driver-assistance suite includes Active Driving Assist, which combines adaptive cruise control and lane-centering assist. It also comes with forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and parking sensors to the front, side, and rear.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

The only safety-related options are surround-view cameras and a blind-spot camera, both tied to the available Plus Group. One caveat is that Dodge does not offer a hands-free driving system, and Active Driving Assist can disengage on sharper curves or lane-convergence situations.

Should I buy a 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2026 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2026 if:

• 32.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 98% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Dodge adds a new four-door body style for 2026, improving practicality without giving up the car’s performance character.

Consider the 2025 if:

• The 2025 is the first true all-electric Charger Daytona and emphasizes style, acceleration, and personality.

The bottom line: Choose the 2026 if you want the added practicality of the four-door and are shopping the current-year market. If you’re more price-sensitive, the 2025 may be worth a look because it delivers the same core electric-muscle appeal with a strong emphasis on style and drama.
