New & Used 2026 Buick Enclave for Sale nearScroggins, TX

Is the 2026 Buick Enclave a good car?

Yes — the 2026 Buick Enclave earns a 5/5 user rating and a 6.33/10 expert rating. The model scores 7/10 across Form and function and Safety.

It’s a three-row SUV that leans into comfort, space, and easy-to-use tech rather than driving excitement. The Enclave’s strengths are its spacious cabin in all three rows, large cargo capacity, and upscale-feeling interior, while its trade-offs are that it isn’t especially engaging to look at or drive and its performance is pedestrian.

Cons: Pedestrian performance; odd seating position.

For shoppers who want a balanced family hauler with a luxury-leaning feel, that trade-off makes sense. The market also looks reasonably healthy, with 37.8% of listings marked as good or great deals.

Is the 2026 Buick Enclave reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2026 Enclave is described as a heavily updated model that enters 2026 unchanged, which usually helps reduce the risk of early-model surprises. Its powertrain is straightforward, with a turbocharged four-cylinder engine and an eight-speed automatic, and the expert notes point to a comfortable, well-sorted SUV rather than one with complicated behavior or rough edges.

The performance notes also suggest the Enclave is predictable and confidence-inspiring in everyday driving, with brakes that are easy to modulate and a suspension tuned for ride quality. On the ownership side, the cost-effectiveness notes emphasize that the entry trim is the Preferred and that the model’s pricing climbs quickly with options, so long-term ownership risk is more about choosing the right trim and equipment than about mechanical complexity.

For used buyers, the main risk is paying too much for a heavily optioned example when a well-equipped lower trim may deliver most of the same day-to-day value.

What should I look for when buying a used 2026 Buick Enclave?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on higher-mileage or heavily optioned examples. Focus on cabin condition, seat comfort, and how the tech and driver-assistance features operate in real use, since this SUV’s appeal depends heavily on comfort and convenience.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Preferred trim is the entry point, while the Sport Touring adds mainly cosmetic changes and the Avenir brings premium leather upholstery, upgraded ambient lighting, adaptive dampers, ventilated and massaging front seats, and a stronger luxury feel.
• Powertrain: Every model uses a 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder with 328 horsepower and 326 pound-feet of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic; front-wheel drive is standard and all-wheel drive is optional.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, a blind-spot monitor with rear cross-traffic alert and steering intervention, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, reverse automatic braking, and a surround-view camera system.
• Infotainment: You get a 30-inch curved digital display, Google Built-in, standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a wireless charging pad, a WiFi hotspot, and a 12-speaker Bose audio system.
• Fuel efficiency: EPA ratings top out at 22 mpg combined with front-wheel drive and 21 mpg combined with all-wheel drive.

Which 2026 Buick Enclave trim should I buy?

The 2026 Buick Enclave is offered in 3 trim levels: Preferred, Sport Touring, Avenir.

Here's the short version:

• Preferred: This is the best-value trim because it gives you the core Enclave experience without paying extra for mostly cosmetic upgrades. You still get the spacious cabin, easy-to-use tech, and standard safety equipment that define the model.
• Sport Touring: This trim is mainly for shoppers who want a different look, since the content points to minor aesthetic changes rather than meaningful equipment gains.
• Avenir: This is the trim to choose if you want the most upscale version, with premium leather upholstery, upgraded ambient lighting, adaptive dampers, ventilated and massaging front seats, and a better audio system.

The standard safety package is already strong, so you do not need to move up the lineup just to get core driver-assistance features.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2026 Buick Enclave?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so it’s a reasonable time to shop if you’re comparing examples carefully.

• Deal availability: 37.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,755 listings available.
• Clean inventory: 95.0% of listings are accident-free.

Is the 2026 Buick Enclave safe?

The 2026 Buick Enclave earns a Top Safety Pick+ designation from IIHS and “Good” ratings across crashworthiness evaluations.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard driver-assistance and safety features include forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, a blind-spot monitor with rear cross-traffic alert and steering intervention, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, reverse automatic braking, and a surround-view camera system. SuperCruise is also available, adding hands-free automated highway driving on select roads.

One caveat is that NHTSA has not published full crash test results for this generation, so the IIHS result is the clearest published crashworthiness signal here.

Should I buy a 2026 Buick Enclave or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2026 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2026 if:

• 37.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It carries over the 2025 redesign and keeps the spacious, comfort-first formula intact.

Consider the 2025 if:

• It launched the third generation with a full redesign, new powertrain, and standard tech and safety across all trims.

The bottom line: The 2026 is the safer default if you want the latest version of Buick’s comfort-focused three-row SUV without giving up much. If you’re shopping on a tighter budget, the 2025 can be the smarter value because it introduced the redesign and many of the same core strengths.
