New & Used 2026 Buick Enclave for Sale near Mesquite, NM

Is the 2026 Buick Enclave a good car?

Yes — the 2026 Buick Enclave earns a 5/5 user rating and a 6.3/10 expert rating. The model scores 7/10 across Form and function and Safety.

It’s a three-row SUV aimed at buyers who want a middle ground between mainstream family haulers and pricier luxury-branded rivals. The Enclave’s strengths are the ones many shoppers care about most: a spacious cabin in all three rows, a large cargo area, high comfort, and easy-to-use tech.

The trade-offs are clear, though. Expert testing calls out pedestrian performance and an odd seating position, so you should expect comfort and practicality to matter more than driving excitement.

With 34.0% of listings marked as good or great deals, there’s at least some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2026 Buick Enclave reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Enclave is described as a comfort-first three-row SUV with a roomy cabin, useful cargo space, and a focus on everyday usability. Expert testing also notes that the standard powertrain is adequate rather than exciting, but the brakes are predictable and the ride is tuned for comfort.

Its performance notes point to a 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder with an eight-speed automatic, and the overall setup is aimed at smooth, family-friendly driving rather than hard use. The standard maintenance and ownership experience is further supported by the model’s easy-to-use tech and straightforward packaging.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that you’re buying a vehicle whose appeal depends more on comfort and convenience than on robust performance reserves.

What should I look for when buying a used 2026 Buick Enclave?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re considering a higher-mileage example or one with added equipment. Focus on cabin condition, seat comfort, and how the tech and driver-assistance features operate in real use, since those are central to the Enclave’s appeal.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The cabin is more upscale than the Traverse, with a classy horizontal dashboard and a curved digital display, but the base setup still leaves some ergonomics feeling a bit off. The top Avenir trim adds premium leather upholstery and upgraded ambient lighting.
• Powertrain: All models use a 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder with 328 horsepower and 326 pound-feet of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic. Front-wheel drive is standard, and all-wheel drive is optional.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert and steering intervention, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, reverse automatic braking, and a surround-view camera system. SuperCruise is available, but it’s part of an optional package.
• Infotainment: The Enclave uses a 30-inch curved digital display with Google Built-in, standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a wireless charging pad, a WiFi hotspot, and a 12-speaker Bose audio system.
• Fuel efficiency: The Enclave is rated at 22 mpg combined with front-wheel drive, or 21 mpg combined with all-wheel drive. City/highway ratings are 20/25 mpg with front-wheel drive and 20/24 mpg with all-wheel drive.

Which 2026 Buick Enclave trim should I buy?

The 2026 Buick Enclave is offered in 3 trim levels: Preferred, Sport Touring, Avenir.

Here's the short version:

• Preferred: This is the best-value choice if you want the Enclave’s core strengths without paying for mostly cosmetic upgrades. It gives you the roomy cabin, standard tech, and broad safety content that define the model.
• Sport Touring: This trim adds styling changes, including a glossy black grille, but the content suggests the price increase is hard to justify if you’re shopping on value.
• Avenir: This is the trim to choose if you want the most upscale Enclave experience. It adds premium leather upholstery, upgraded ambient lighting, adaptive dampers, ventilated and massaging front seats, and a stronger audio setup.

The safety package is strong across the lineup, and SuperCruise remains an optional add-on rather than a standard feature.

Should I buy a 2026 Buick Enclave or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2026 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2026 if:

• 34.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It carries over unchanged after the 2025 update, so you’re getting the latest version of this generation without a redesign-year premium.

Consider the 2025 if:

• It launched the third generation with a full redesign and a broad set of standard tech and safety features.

The bottom line: If you want the newest version of this generation and can find a well-priced example, the 2026 is the straightforward choice. If you’re shopping more aggressively on price, the 2025 may be worth a look because it introduced the redesign and many of the same core strengths.
