New & Used 2026 Buick Enclave for Sale near Mescalero, NM

Is the 2026 Buick Enclave a good car?

Yes — you rate it 5/5, and our experts give it 6.33/10. The model scores 7/10 across Form and function and Safety.

The 2026 Buick Enclave is a mid-sized, mid-luxury three-row SUV that aims for a comfortable middle ground between mainstream family haulers and pricier luxury-branded rivals. It focuses on the basics that matter to many buyers: a spacious cabin in all three rows, a large cargo area, high levels of comfort, and easy-to-use tech.

The trade-offs are clear, though. Pedestrian performance and an odd seating position are the main drawbacks, so you should expect a vehicle that prioritizes comfort and practicality over excitement.

For shoppers who want a roomy, upscale-feeling three-row SUV without chasing the most athletic driving experience, the Enclave makes a strong case. Market availability is solid, with 38.9% of listings marked as good or great deals.

Is the 2026 Buick Enclave reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2026 Buick Enclave is positioned as a comfort-first three-row SUV, and its expert evaluation reinforces that it concentrates on the fundamentals rather than chasing flash. The cabin is described as spacious and upscale, and the tech is presented as easy to use, which usually matters a lot in day-to-day ownership.

Its powertrain is described as adequate rather than exciting, but the brakes are predictable and the ride is tuned for comfort. That combination suggests a vehicle built to be easy to live with, even if it is not especially engaging.

The standard equipment also helps the ownership experience feel well rounded, with a broad set of driver-assistance features and a user-friendly infotainment setup. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that you are buying a vehicle whose strengths are comfort and convenience, so condition and maintenance history matter more than chasing performance.

What should I look for when buying a used 2026 Buick Enclave?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you are considering a higher-mileage example or one with optional equipment. Focus on cabin condition, seat comfort, and how well the tech and driver-assistance features operate, since those are central to the Enclave’s appeal.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The entry-level Preferred is the value play, while the Sport Touring mainly adds cosmetic changes. The top Avenir brings premium leather upholstery, upgraded ambient lighting, adaptive dampers, ventilated and massaging front seats, and other upscale touches.
• Powertrain: Every 2026 Enclave uses a 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 328 horsepower and 326 pound-feet of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic. Front-wheel drive is standard, and all-wheel drive is optional.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, a blind-spot monitor with rear cross-traffic alert and steering intervention, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, reverse automatic braking, and a surround-view camera system. SuperCruise is available, but it is not standard.
• Infotainment: The cabin centers on a 30-inch curved digital display with Google Built-in, standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a wireless charging pad, a WiFi hotspot, and a 12-speaker Bose audio system.
• Fuel efficiency: The Enclave is rated at 22 mpg combined with front-wheel drive and 21 mpg combined with all-wheel drive.

Which 2026 Buick Enclave trim should I buy?

The 2026 Buick Enclave is offered in 3 trim levels: Preferred, Sport Touring, Avenir.

Here's the short version:

• Preferred: This is the trim to start with if you want the best value. It gives you the core Enclave experience without paying extra for mostly cosmetic upgrades, and the expert review specifically suggests sticking with a well-optioned Preferred rather than moving up to the Sport Touring.
• Sport Touring: This trim mainly adds minor aesthetic changes, so it is the least compelling choice if you are shopping on value.
• Avenir: This is the trim to choose if you want the most upscale version of the Enclave. It adds adaptive dampers, premium leather seats, ventilated and massaging front seats, and a stronger premium feel overall.

The safety package is broad across the lineup, but SuperCruise remains an optional upgrade rather than a standard feature.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2026 Buick Enclave?

Is the 2026 Buick Enclave safe?

The 2026 Buick Enclave earned the top score of "Good" in all IIHS crashworthiness evaluations and was named a Top Safety Pick+.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard driver-assistance and safety features include forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, a blind-spot monitor with rear cross-traffic alert and steering intervention, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, reverse automatic braking, and a surround-view camera system. SuperCruise is also available for hands-free automated highway driving on select roads.

The safety package is strong, but SuperCruise is optional, and the most advanced convenience features are tied to higher equipment levels or packages.

Should I buy a 2026 Buick Enclave or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2026 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2026 if:

• 38.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It carries over unchanged after the 2025 update, so you get the latest version of the redesigned Enclave without waiting for a major change.

Consider the 2025 if:

• It launched the third generation with a full redesign and a broad set of standard tech and safety features.

The bottom line: If you want the newest version of the redesigned Enclave and you find a well-priced 2026, that is the cleanest path. If you are shopping primarily on price, the 2025 may be worth a look because it delivers the core redesign benefits and may be easier to find at a lower asking price.
