How much does the 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander cost?

Prices have softened 8.25% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 2,311 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of used options to compare.

Is the 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander a good car?

The 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander stands out as a spacious, family-focused three-row SUV that gives you extra practicality over the regular Highlander without the higher ownership costs and compromises of a larger truck-based SUV. It is designed for buyers who want a roomy, comfortable people mover with SUV styling and a more manageable footprint than a full-size alternative.

Toyota emphasizes its “adult-sized” third row, and the model also brings plenty of cargo space, a more modern cabin, and useful features such as wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a power liftgate, Toyota Safety Sense 3.0, and available upgrades like a JBL premium audio system, a panoramic roof, and a 360-degree Panoramic View Monitor. The tradeoffs are cumbersome handling, some cheap-feeling interior materials, and subscription-heavy tech, so it fits you best if practicality matters more than driving excitement. 33.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you a decent chance to find value.

Is the 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander reliable?

The 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander is presented as a practical, comfortable, and efficient three-row SUV, but it also comes with some reliability concerns noted in the buying guide. Its appeal is strongest when you want everyday usefulness, space, and efficiency rather than a more complicated or performance-focused ownership experience.

For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is worth taking seriously, especially if you plan to keep the vehicle for many years and want to avoid surprise repair costs.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the specific listing has no accident or title issues. Put inspection priority on the interior, tech features, and overall condition, since the model’s appeal depends heavily on comfort, space, and everyday usability.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still have room to negotiate.

• Deal availability: 33.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 2,311 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.25% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 90.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $43,963, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander's resale value?

The current average of $45,095 sits slightly below last year's $49,151.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled enough to help you buy more selectively today. If you sell later, the current softness may limit short-term upside, but the Grand Highlander’s family-friendly appeal and broad usefulness should still support demand. For you, the key is to buy at a strong entry price so you have more room to absorb future depreciation.

Should I buy a 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 33.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.25% compared with last year.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $43,792, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $45,095 average.
• It offers strong efficiency and extra space for families.

The 2025 is the better primary choice if you want the newer-year market with decent deal availability and strong clean-inventory share. If you are especially price-sensitive, the 2024 is the smarter secondary path because it undercuts the current year while keeping the same core family-hauling appeal.
