Used 2025 Subaru WRX for Sale nearSalt Lake City, UT

Is the 2025 Subaru WRX a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong appeal for you if you want a compact performance sedan with a turbocharged Boxer engine, standard Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive, and a practical body style. The 2025 WRX also keeps a six-speed manual transmission available, which helps preserve its driver-focused character, and it offers enough equipment range to suit buyers who want more than just a bare-bones enthusiast car. At the same time, it still leans more toward engagement than polish, with outdated technology and poor fuel economy among its tradeoffs. With 36.6% of listings marked as good or great deals, the market gives you a moderate amount of room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Subaru WRX reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction. The 2025 WRX’s core formula is straightforward: a turbocharged Boxer engine, standard Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive, and a sedan layout built around enthusiast use. That simplicity can be a plus for durability-minded shoppers, especially if you value a proven performance setup over complicated luxury features. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that performance-oriented driving and maintenance habits can matter more here than they do in a typical commuter sedan.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Subaru WRX?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies. You should still run a vehicle history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if the car has been modified or driven hard. Focus your inspection on overall condition, maintenance records, tire wear, brake wear, and signs that the car has been used the way a performance sedan often is.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Subaru WRX?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you’re patient about condition and price.

• Deal availability: 36.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 574 listings available.
• Clean inventory: 92.7% of listings are accident-free.

Should I buy a 2025 Subaru WRX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 36.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2025 WRX makes the most sense if you want the current-generation formula with strong enthusiast appeal, standard all-wheel drive, and a manual-transmission option. If you’re more price-sensitive, a nearby model year may give you a lower entry point while still delivering much of the same core driving character, so it’s worth comparing condition and asking price closely before you decide.
