Is the 2025 Subaru Impreza a good car?

It is also described as affordable and practical, making it a sensible choice for daily transportation rather than a premium or sporty one. Is the 2025 Subaru Impreza reliable?

The 2025 Subaru Impreza is presented as easy to live with and well suited to daily use, which supports its reputation as a practical ownership choice. Its standard all-wheel drive and everyday usability are central strengths, especially if you want a car that handles routine driving without much fuss. The tradeoff is that it is not positioned as a premium product, so long-term ownership risk is more about accepting modest comfort and material quality than chasing a luxury experience.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Subaru Impreza?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then focus on a pre-purchase inspection that checks for signs of prior damage, uneven wear, or poor repairs. Because this model is meant to be a practical daily driver, condition matters most in the areas you will notice every day: ride quality, cabin wear, and overall maintenance.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Subaru Impreza?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you have room to shop carefully without rushing every listing.

• Deal availability: 36.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,452 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.35% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 89.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $23,965, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Subaru Impreza's resale value?

The current average of $23,965 sits slightly below last year's $24,795.

That softer pricing suggests the model is currently more buyer-friendly than seller-friendly. If you plan to resell later, your return will depend heavily on how well you preserve condition and maintenance records. A clean, well-kept example should hold up better than one with visible wear or accident history.

Should I buy a 2025 Subaru Impreza or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 36.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.35% compared with last year.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $22,675, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $23,965 average.
• It adds a welcome dose of driver excitement.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2025 if you want the current-year market and are comfortable paying a bit more for it. If you are more price-sensitive, the 2024 is the better value path because it undercuts the current average while still delivering the core Impreza formula.
