How much does the 2025 Subaru Impreza cost?

Is the 2025 Subaru Impreza a good car?

The 2025 Subaru Impreza stands out as a practical all-weather compact car with standard all-wheel drive, which gives it broad appeal if you want everyday usability and confidence in poor road conditions. It is also described as affordable and practical, making it a sensible choice for buyers who value straightforward transportation over flash.

At the same time, it is not positioned as the sportiest or most luxurious option in its class, and the available information points to a rough ride and cheap interior materials as its main drawbacks. If you want traction, practicality, and easy daily use, those tradeoffs may be acceptable. 37.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you a decent number of market opportunities.

Is the 2025 Subaru Impreza reliable?

The 2025 Subaru Impreza is presented as easy to live with and well suited to daily use, which supports its reputation as a practical ownership choice. Its standard all-wheel drive and everyday usability make it a strong fit if you want a car that handles routine driving without much fuss.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the concept of the car and more about how each individual example has been maintained and driven over time.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Subaru Impreza?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.3% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report on any listing you are seriously considering, even when the market looks clean. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on ride quality, interior condition, and signs of hard use, since those are the areas most likely to affect your ownership experience. Pay close attention to how the car feels on rough pavement and whether the cabin shows wear that matches the mileage.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Subaru Impreza?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you have room to shop carefully without waiting for a dramatic discount.

• Deal availability: 37.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,426 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.26% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 90.3% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $24,197, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Subaru Impreza's resale value?

The current average of $24,197 sits slightly below last year's $25,013.

That softer pricing suggests the market has moved in buyers' favor, which can help you enter ownership at a more reasonable cost. For a future seller, it also means resale value may depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the car has been maintained. If you keep the car clean and well documented, you should be in a better position when it is time to sell.

Should I buy a 2025 Subaru Impreza or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 37.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.3% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.26% compared with last year.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $22,834, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $24,197 average.
• It offers a stronger value focus with a more engaging driving character.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2025 if you want the current-year market, strong inventory, and a practical all-weather compact car with broad everyday appeal. If your priority is saving money, the 2024 is the better secondary path because it costs less while still delivering the core Impreza formula.
