Used 2025 Nissan Kicks for Sale nearFallon, NV

How much does the 2025 Nissan Kicks cost?

Prices have softened 5.06% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 3,342 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for comparison shopping.

Is the 2025 Nissan Kicks a good car?

The 2025 Nissan Kicks is a strong value play if you want a redesigned subcompact crossover that emphasizes style, efficiency, and standard equipment over outright performance. It earns a user rating of 2/5 and an expert rating of 7.17/10.

The model scores 8/10 across Look and feel and Cost effectiveness.

Its appeal is strongest if you want an easy-to-buy crossover with a more polished feel than its price suggests. The redesign brings a more distinctive look, better cabin presentation, and a more competitive feature set, while the trade-offs include an underwhelming base engine and no power seat adjustment. Wind buffeting is another drawback you should keep in mind if you spend a lot of time on the highway.

With 38.7% of listings priced as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a competitive offer if you shop carefully.

Is the 2025 Nissan Kicks reliable?

The 2025 Nissan Kicks is positioned as a practical, value-focused crossover with a redesigned powertrain and improved refinement over the previous generation. The expert notes say the new 2.0-liter engine and CVT are managed well, and that the Kicks now holds pace with most traffic while maintaining good fuel economy without being miserable about it.

The expert test-drive notes also say the previous Kicks was loud and harsh, but those flaws have been addressed to a significant degree for 2025. Nissan Maintenance Care adds three oil changes for the first two years or 24,000 miles, which is a helpful ownership perk for a new buyer.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that a budget-oriented crossover can still show wear in the cabin and drivability if it has been neglected, so a careful inspection matters even when the model’s redesign is a step forward.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Nissan Kicks?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you are considering a higher-mileage example or one with optional equipment. Focus on cabin condition, tire wear, and whether the vehicle feels composed on the road, since this model’s value story depends on it being both well-kept and pleasant to live with.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base trim keeps things simple with a 7.0-inch touchscreen, wired smartphone integration, a four-speaker stereo, and cloth seating, while higher trims add more upscale tech and comfort. The top trims also make heated front seats available, but seats remain manually adjustable.
• Powertrain: Every version uses a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with a CVT, and all-wheel drive is available across the lineup. The setup is more refined than before and delivers good fuel economy, but acceleration can still feel slow at times.
• Safety package: Safety Shield 360 is standard and includes automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, rear automatic emergency braking, and automatic high beams. ProPilot Assist is standard on the SV and adds predictive forward collision warning, blind-spot intervention, lane-departure prevention, emergency lane-keep assist, intersection assist, traffic-sign recognition, and front parking sensors.
• Infotainment: The base setup uses a 7.0-inch touchscreen with wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The SV upgrades to a 12.3-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, and a six-speaker stereo, while the SR adds twin 12.3-inch displays and wireless connectivity.
• Fuel efficiency: Front-wheel-drive models are rated at 28 mpg city, 35 mpg highway, and 31 mpg combined. All-wheel-drive models are rated at 27 mpg city, 34 mpg highway, and 30 mpg combined.

Which 2025 Nissan Kicks trim should I buy?

The 2025 Nissan Kicks is offered in 3 trim levels: S, SV, SR.

Here's the short version:

• S: This is the entry point, and it gives you the redesigned Kicks at the lowest price with the standard safety suite, a 7.0-inch touchscreen, and the core value proposition intact. It makes sense if you want the cheapest way into the model, but it is the most basic version.
• SV: This is the best-value trim for most shoppers because it adds the 12.3-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, a six-speaker stereo, the surround-view monitor, and ProPilot Assist. It gives you the biggest jump in everyday convenience and tech without pushing the price as high as the top trim.
• SR: This is the most upscale version, with twin 12.3-inch displays and the most premium-feeling tech presentation. If you want the most polished cabin and are willing to pay for it, this is the trim to consider.

The safety package is standard across the lineup, while ProPilot Assist and the surround-view monitor are added on the SV and above.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Nissan Kicks?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you have room to shop, compare, and wait for the right listing.

• Deal availability: 38.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,342 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.06% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 93.7% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $22,366, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Nissan Kicks's resale value?

The current average of $22,889 sits slightly below last year's $24,110.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled enough to help you buy more selectively today. If you plan to sell later, the current softness means your resale value may depend heavily on mileage, condition, and trim choice rather than on broad market appreciation.

For a future seller, the upside is that the Kicks has strong value positioning and broad appeal to budget-conscious shoppers. The downside is that a lower current market average can cap how much appreciation you can expect if you buy at the wrong price.

Is the 2025 Nissan Kicks safe?

The 2025 Nissan Kicks hasn’t yet been crash-tested by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration or the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Safety Shield 360 is standard and includes automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, rear automatic emergency braking, and automatic high beams. ProPilot Assist is standard on the SV and adds predictive forward collision warning, blind-spot intervention, lane-departure prevention, emergency lane-keep assist, intersection assist, traffic-sign recognition, and front parking sensors.

Should I buy a 2025 Nissan Kicks or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 38.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.06% compared with last year.
• The 2025 redesign brings a much better vehicle with stronger standard features, more polish, and a more appealing overall package.

The bottom line: If you want the most modern Kicks, the 2025 is the one to target because it delivers the redesign, better refinement, and a stronger value story. If your priority is simply the lowest possible purchase price, a nearby older year may still be worth a look, but you give up the improvements that make this generation more compelling.
