Is the 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross a good car?

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then focus your inspection on overall condition and signs of prior damage or poor repairs. Because most listings are accident-free, a clean example should be easy to compare against others, but you still want to confirm maintenance records and make sure the vehicle matches its advertised condition.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross?

This is a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you have room to shop carefully without waiting for a dramatic price swing.

• Deal availability: 39.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,024 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.17% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 89.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $20,756, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross's resale value?

The current average of $20,756 sits slightly below last year's $24,184.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For a future seller, that also means resale value may depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well your vehicle stands out against the current inventory. If you keep the car clean, documented, and accident-free, you'll be in a better position when it's time to sell.

Should I buy a 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 39.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.17% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2025 is a sensible choice if you want a year with meaningful inventory and a softer price environment. If you're focused on value, this is a good year to shop closely and compare condition carefully. If you're especially price-sensitive, you may also want to look at nearby model years to see whether a similar vehicle offers a lower entry price or a better deal mix.
