How much does the 2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter cost?

Is the 2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter a good car?

The 2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter stands out because it is still one of the most configurable and capable full-size vans on the market. It serves a wide range of roles, from delivery work and shuttle duty to cargo hauling and camper builds, and its boxy shape is part of what makes it such a versatile blank canvas. Mercedes also gives it a reputation for refinement that is unusual in this segment, with the Sprinter often praised for its build quality, safety, and car-like driving feel.

For 2025, the Sprinter adds rain-sensing wipers and tire pressure monitoring as standard on dual-wheel models. It also gets a smarter blind-spot system that can detect cyclists during right turns, plus a 360-degree camera that warns of pedestrians when pulling away from a stop. Those updates build on the model’s already broad appeal, which includes strong configurability and a long list of available body styles and layouts.

31.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter reliable?

The 2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter stands out because it is still one of the most configurable and capable full-size vans on the market. Mercedes also gives it a reputation for refinement that is unusual in this segment, with the Sprinter often praised for its build quality, safety, and car-like driving feel.

There are tradeoffs, though. The Sprinter’s premium position means it can be expensive to buy and maintain, and the added complexity of its technology can bring software glitches and sensor issues. Even so, for buyers who want a commercial van that feels more polished than most and can be tailored to many different jobs, the 2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter remains distinctive.

For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is more about complexity and maintenance costs than basic usefulness, so you should budget carefully if you plan to keep it for many years.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then focus your inspection on signs of prior damage, uneven wear, and any evidence of heavy commercial use. Because this van can be configured for many different jobs, condition matters as much as mileage, so pay close attention to how the cargo area, seating, and body panels have been used and maintained.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop with some leverage if you are patient and compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 31.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 431 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.98% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 89.1% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $50,562, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter's resale value?

The current average of $50,562 sits slightly below last year's $56,167.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled enough to help you buy more selectively today. If you sell later, the current softness could limit upside in the near term unless demand tightens or especially well-kept examples become harder to find. For a future seller, condition, configuration, and maintenance history should matter a lot because buyers in this segment tend to compare vehicles closely.

Should I buy a 2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 31.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.98% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2025 is the right pick if you want the latest updates and a broad pool of listings while still shopping in a market that has softened from last year. If you are more price-sensitive, a nearby model year may be worth considering, especially if you can find a cleaner example with the configuration you need at a lower asking price.
