Used 2025 Lincoln Aviator for Sale near Texas

How much does the 2025 Lincoln Aviator cost?

Prices have softened 12.55% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 920 listings available, which suggests a healthy amount of inventory for shoppers comparing trims and prices.

Is the 2025 Lincoln Aviator a good car?

Yes — the 2025 Lincoln Aviator earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.83/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Technology and Safety.

It stands out in the midsize, three-row luxury SUV segment by leaning into traditional American luxury and mid-century modern cues while still presenting itself as a calm, unhurried sanctuary. It is also described as distinctive without being polarizing, which helps if you want a luxury SUV with a more restrained personality.

The tradeoffs are clear: poor fuel economy, poor ride quality on 22-inch wheels, and cramped third-row seats. Even so, the combination of fresh styling, new thematic packages, and advanced technology makes it compelling if you value comfort and sophistication over sporty driving.

Only 35.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals, so the market is selective rather than broadly discounted.

Is the 2025 Lincoln Aviator reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Aviator’s reliability case is helped by its calm, composed mission and its straightforward twin-turbo V6 setup. The expert evaluation also points to a quiet cabin and a secure, confidence-inspiring driving character, which can matter in day-to-day ownership.

It also comes with complimentary valet pick-up and drop-off service for scheduled maintenance, which adds a useful ownership perk. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that higher running costs and fuel consumption can outweigh the comfort and tech advantages if you rack up a lot of miles.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Lincoln Aviator?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re looking at higher-mileage examples or vehicles with larger wheels and option packages. Focus on tire condition, ride quality, and whether the cabin electronics and driver-assistance features operate as intended.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: Premiere, Reserve, and Black Label each bring a different mix of luxury equipment, with the Reserve II Package adding upgraded exterior lighting, 30-way-adjustable Perfect Position front seats with massage, heated and ventilated second-row seats, a 28-speaker Revel Ultima audio system, and 22-inch wheels. The base trim is the one most likely to leave you wanting more if you care about premium comfort and audio.
• Powertrain: A twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 is the only powertrain option, making 400 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque through a 10-speed automatic transmission. It is strong and responsive, but it is not efficient.
• Safety package: Lincoln Co-Pilot360 Drive 2.0 is standard and includes active blind-spot monitoring with trailer coverage, intersection assist, evasive steering assist, reverse braking assist, adaptive cruise control, lane-centering assist, and BlueCruise with a complimentary four-year subscription. There are no trim-level gaps called out in the data.
• Infotainment: A 13.2-inch touchscreen works with Google Built-in, Alexa Built-in, wireless Apple CarPlay, and wireless Android Auto, and the system is paired with a 12.4-inch digital instrument cluster. The available head-up display is also a standout.
• Fuel efficiency: The official EPA fuel economy rating is 20 mpg in combined driving, and the test vehicle returned 17.7 mpg on a mountainous test loop.

Which 2025 Lincoln Aviator trim should I buy?

The 2025 Lincoln Aviator is offered in 3 trim levels: Premiere, Reserve, and Black Label.

Here's the short version:

• Premiere: This is the entry point, and it gives you the Aviator’s core luxury design, technology, and standard safety suite. It makes sense if you want the model’s style and tech without stretching into the pricier trims.
• Reserve: This is the best-value trim for most shoppers because it adds a richer luxury experience and unlocks the desirable Reserve II Package. If you want the strongest blend of comfort, features, and price, this is the one to target.
• Black Label: This is the top trim for shoppers who want the most upscale presentation and the largest standard wheels. It suits you if you want the Aviator at its most lavish and are willing to pay for it.

BlueCruise is standard across the lineup, and it includes a complimentary four-year subscription.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Lincoln Aviator?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you have room to shop carefully rather than rush.

• Deal availability: 35.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 920 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.55% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 92.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $59,026, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Lincoln Aviator's resale value?

The current average of $59,026 sits slightly below last year's $67,498.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a better entry point today. For a future seller, it also means resale value may depend heavily on condition, mileage, and equipment because the model has already absorbed a meaningful year-over-year drop.

Well-kept examples with desirable features should hold up better than average, especially if they have strong service records and clean history. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Lincoln Aviator safe?

The 2025 Lincoln Aviator earns five-star ratings across the board from NHTSA, plus a four-star rating for rollover resistance. It also receives Good ratings in all completed IIHS evaluations.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

Lincoln Co-Pilot360 Drive 2.0 is standard, and the feature list includes active blind-spot monitoring with trailer coverage, intersection assist, evasive steering assist, reverse braking assist, adaptive cruise control, lane-centering assist, and BlueCruise. BlueCruise is standard and includes a complimentary four-year subscription, which is a meaningful advantage if you drive on approved highways often.

One caveat is that reverse braking assist can be overly sensitive in tight situations, and blind-spot warnings on the head-up display only appear after you signal a lane change. Even so, the Aviator’s overall safety package is broad and well executed.

Should I buy a 2025 Lincoln Aviator or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 35.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.55% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It adds fresh styling, new thematic packages, and some of the segment’s most advanced technology.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It leans more heavily into comfort and luxury while keeping the Aviator’s upscale character.

The bottom line: The 2025 is the better pick if you want the strongest mix of price movement, tech, and safety in a distinctive luxury SUV. If your priority is simply a more comfort-focused step-up experience and you’re less concerned about shopping value, the newer year is worth a look.
