Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report on any listing you’re seriously considering, even if the vehicle appears clean on paper. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection so you can check for wear, repair quality, and any signs of hidden issues. Focus especially on overall condition, since a strong market can still include examples that vary widely in how they’ve been maintained.

The current average of $39,408 sits slightly below last year's $39,432.

That small decline suggests the market has been fairly stable, which can help future resale planning because you’re not buying into a sharply inflated price environment. If you keep the vehicle in strong condition and avoid accident history, you’re more likely to preserve value when it’s time to sell. A steady pricing pattern also makes it easier to estimate what your vehicle may be worth later.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 Lexus UX Hybrid or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 39.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2025 if you want a stable market, strong owner satisfaction, and a decent share of good deals to choose from. If you’re especially price-sensitive, it’s still worth comparing nearby model years to see whether a lower entry price outweighs the benefits of this year’s steadier market and cleaner inventory mix.
