How much does the 2025 Lexus NX cost?

Is the 2025 Lexus NX a good car?

The 2025 Lexus NX stands out for its distinctive styling, luxury feel, and strong reputation for reliability. It also gives you a broad powertrain lineup, including hybrid and plug-in hybrid choices, and the base model includes wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay for everyday convenience.

That said, it is not the most rewarding drive in the segment, and it is not the most practical either. It also asks you to pay extra for many features that some rivals may bundle more generously.

With 38.9% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a meaningful number of opportunities to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Lexus NX reliable?

The 2025 Lexus NX stands out for its strong reputation for reliability, which is one of the main reasons shoppers are drawn to it. Its appeal is reinforced by a premium cabin, distinctive styling, and a lineup that includes efficient hybrid options.

For used buyers, that generally points to lower long-term ownership risk than you might expect from a luxury SUV, especially if you prioritize a well-kept example with complete service records.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Lexus NX?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 88.9% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should also prioritize a pre-purchase inspection so you can confirm the condition of the cabin, electronics, tires, brakes, and maintenance history. Because many desirable features may be tied to option packages, make sure the specific listing has the equipment you want before you commit.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Lexus NX?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so it makes sense to compare listings carefully and move quickly on the right one.

• Deal availability: 38.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,992 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.30% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 88.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $42,532, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Lexus NX's resale value?

The current average of $42,532 sits slightly below last year's $43,984.

That softer pricing can help you buy more confidently today, but it also suggests future resale may not be as strong as it was a year ago. If you plan to sell later, condition and mileage will matter even more because the market is already pricing this model a bit lower than before.

Should I buy a 2025 Lexus NX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 38.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 88.9% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.30% compared with last year.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It adds a broader appeal with more affordable hybrid and plug-in hybrid choices.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2025 if you want a luxury compact SUV with a strong reliability reputation and a market that is currently a bit softer than last year. If you are especially price-sensitive and want the newest lineup changes, the 2026 is worth a look, but the 2025 remains the more straightforward value play for shoppers focused on current pricing.
